This is a legit service.  I don't know what the proper term is but they offer an access number for international calls at a good discount.  I'm just starting to use the service now to call my girlfriend in the Philippines.  They work off of referrals so there is a chance that a friend might have suggested they call you.  My friend that turned me on to the service will get a $10 credit for signing me up.  So, she'll get about an hours conversation with family back in the Philippines for signing me up.

This number called on 2/26/13, 3/04/13 and 3/05/13 but did not leave a message.

It's someone trying to sell phillipine services. Called yesterday and got mad when I said I do not want 15c per minute calls to phillipines. Called AGAIN today to offer cargo services to phillipines. The caller id says Access International

rec'd call, could hear someone, but they hung up after I answered and paused.
WTF???????
I just have to ask myself one lousy question...
HOW do they benefit by doing this?  Are they thinking we will get "mad" and call back?

The same number was called and the ID said Access International. 212-380-9000 is a number in New York I believe for some sort of water business as their answering machine picked up. But, I called the number straight with redial button without the #1 in front of the 10 digit phone number. So, that was definitely a phishing scam or some sort of call that would be dangerous. Also, I looked up Access International on the internet and there was no number on the website. It is a legit business from Boston, BUT I don't think 212 is their area code.

This number appeared as a missed call on my cell. However there is some problem with Caller ID. I know this because sometimes my dentist leaves voice mall but Caller ID says the call came from the public library!

Did not answer and no message was left.   Read message above about Philippines.   Wife use calling card to call Philippines.  Made recent call to MAGA Philippines due to time limit on calling cards.

I received A call from this number that was an actual person trying to say that they've tracked my calls to the phillipines and that they have a new rate or 15 cents per minute to offer me...I talked to him for 20+ minutes to try and squeeze any info I could out of him...he didn't know his badge number, employee anything, nor could he refer me to his "team leader" or his e-mail, and did not answer any of my questions. He had an accent and claimed to be from the Phillipines as well, but all he wanted out of me was my name and address....I gave him a run for his money as a patient yet relentless person on the other end....are these pranksters?? I win. :-)
