Jeff called saying he wanted to talk to the doctor concerning a patient they want to refer. Would not give me any information on the patient other than for foot pain. Just insisting on talking to the doctor.

A Jeff called and stated he was from a Podiatry in New York and had a patient that needed a referral and in the Casper area. And I stated; I can do the referral. He stated he wanted to speak to Doctor about it. I stated I was Office Manager and I can take ALL information! He DID NOT want that!
