caller said my name and address is on file for non payment of a payday loan ,I said I dont owe a loan so you are a scammer i told him go ahead and do whatever, you are a fraud ,this has happened 3-4 times before , dont be intimidated they are crooks.

I got a call from this number, called it back. At first he said hello, then he said this is robert cooper how can I help you. He was of indian descent and said he was with nypd. I told him I already know it's a scam  because why would the nypd call all the way to nevada on a payday loan. Besides I do not owe on any payday loans. I told them to quit calling, or to come and arrest me. All the way from NEW YORK. Total scam. Quite a few people have called me with scams like this. If you've ever applied for a loan online.....that is how they get your info. It's the search engines you use, and they supposedly match you to a lender. All of that is a scam. I've already reported alot of companies to BBB and fraud investigators. Don't verify any information with these people. And don't give them any of your banking info.

I just got off the phone with these A holes.  I answer he asked if I was here and I said who is this? He say I am calling from the NYPD and there is a case on you for not paying a loan. I said oh really? Funny because I know this is a scam (this just happend to my husband a month ago) he said no this is real I will give you my badge number. I said I don't care what you give me I am tired of you calling and calling and giving me crap I have NEVER had a loan in my life and if this WAS real why would you can from NY when I am in CA? Dumb A$$!!!

I just got a call from them but they left me a message telling me to call them back but I've received phone calls from these people before so I Googled the number and OMG all the blogs that people getting calls from these SCAMMERS so don't fall for it I hope they catch these bad people.

I just got a call from these retards.  I totally called them out and told them I was reporting them to the authorities.  At first he was a cop then lawyer.  This is the name and number they gave me.  JEROME HAMMES  212-738-9461.  

To be honest I had fun messing with him...LOL

This is a scam!!! totally not real!! these people call you and say they are lawyers, cops, etc and that you have some kind of warrant out for 3 felony charges from a payday loan place, anyways, tell them that you have reported them and do so! I did,, i called dateline nbc!!! they want you to wire them money....F*** THAT! dont send them s***!!! they also call from a 209-812-2277 same ppl same scam.....just tell them you have reported or will report them,,,that seems to scare them off,,,,little do these non english speaking a***oles know I DID REPORT THEM....please dont fall for them, dont let them scare you, think about it, would  real officer call u? or would he just come and get you?? wouldnt u be served with legal papers rather then a phone calll from a company that only has INDIAN ppl working? I mean even the cops? lmfao.....I HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT!
