dont be worried. my fiance got the same call just change ur number. they had his ip address too and ss# and major info. he told my fiance he was going to go to jail and call his ext at work. nobody knows his ext except ppl that work with him or family! how creepy! i guess this is to fund terrorism. do not give any info or say u will pay. tell them u have an attorney on this now! CHANGE YOUR NUMBER ASAP

I recieved a voicemail message from 213 221 2885.this guy said hes from the law firm of rick Gaxiola and that his client are pressing charges against my ssn and that it will be reported to 3 major credit bearu and that i will receive a letter on may 20th regarding that matter and that it will be reffered to the county court house and that i should look for an attorney and mention my where i work at and that i shouldnt disrecard or not to ignore his message tnd that i should call him back at 213 221 2885.im really freaking out and cant sleep right now. thinking too much is it real or not?

I did not receive any phone calls, howerever when I got to work this morning there was a fax waiting for me. Pretty much all the things already listed from others. So I called the number from the fax and the guy "Donnie Harry" tells me he cannot give me specific dates of when the loan was approved or when the funds went into my account. Which seems ridiculous since "supposedly" a loan was done And they are trying to sue me they should be Able to give me specifics.

I also received three calls from Donnie harris saying he was from the Rick Gaxiola law firm in California.  The number showed up on my phone as 2132212885.  I feel this is a scam and I am tired of him calling my cell phone and also calling me at work.  He threatens people and is very hateful.  I actual feel afraid when he talks to me he says he can make me sorry that I ever heard from him.

I received a call from this number (2132212885) and left his name as Harry.

the guy told me i own a lone and he told me my social security n basically he has all my personal info he was trying to get 200 dollars plz have this stop

I want to advise all people who receive a call from this number that it is a fraud.  I practiced law in California for 23 years.  I have never performed collections work.  I am not practicing law now.  Anyone purporting to be from my office asking for money (especially on a pre-paid Visa) should be ignored.  I have reported these actions to the Los Angeles office of the FBI.  I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.  Rest assured, while I am not responsible for these calls and letters, I am doing whatever I can to put a stop to it.

I got a call from 213-221-2885 and they were claiming to be from the law offices of Rick Gaxiola .. since i was in fron of my computer i typed in the number and it brought me straight to the page im typing on now .. i asked for the address and he gave it too me i googled it .. it was a run down house. i googled the " law firm " and what a suprise it was a middle school so i told him i was gonna just give his name and number to my attorney and he could call and told him not to call me again. yet he did and i told him to not contact me my attorney would handle it from here. havent heard from them since nor has my attorney

I just received a phone call from 213-221-2885 which is suppose to be a law firm  call Rich Gaxiola Law Firm. The person that call me told me that is name was Donnie Kenneth Hary, that a lawsuite has been file against me by Cash American which I was supposely received a payday loan. I inform he that I never received a payday loan from Cash American. This is not the first time I reveived, I asked Mr. Harry is you have a lawsuite against me then I have not received any leagal document of the matter at hand, then I asked him to fax me a copy of the Law suit, well the lawsuite I received is a one page document that does not have a seals and all it is really asking me to do is sent them some money by the end of today. I plan to call this number back an see who answer it .

This number has called my phone a couple of times. They never leave a message.

i just got this call and am freaking out. saying i could go to jail for 7months> 3 counts of fraud??? he had all my information and IP address as well. what's the deal with this? should i be worried?

I also got the same message and they called my work and my friends numbers.  I looked both Rick Gaxiola and Donny Harry up with the California State Bar.  Rick Gaxiola is not eligible to practice law in California and Donny Harry (or any of the other names that you all listed) is not a licensed attorney in California.  They also could not give me their address or fax number when I requested that all communications be in writing. I honestly believe this is  a scam.

I have been getting calls from a donnie harry both at work, and through a friend of mine in colorado.  He is telling her that she is being surved because of a debt that i owe and that she is going to have to pay it back and that it is $300.00. He says that he is an attorney working out of california, and a few weeks ago when he was calling he was an attorney calling from washington d.c. .  this guy is a nut and needs to be stopped.  he does not want to give any information but wants to know when the next time is that i am going to get paid and wants me to verify my bank info; can someone please stop him.

The same thing happened to me I got a call from the same number same guy and he told me hes calling because they have me on 3 counts of fraud to an outstanding loan from Cash America...Ive NEVER RECIEVED ANY MONEY NOR APPLIED FOR IT. He was rude and very aguementive... He would talk over me and kept trying to read an alpha david on me... Not only that he kept repeating that everythings being recorded and monitored... I then told him ceize all calls to my personal phone and work phone..and that everything was to be written and mailed to me.. he then said he cant mail cuz its too late and that if i wanted him to he could fax it... He wouldnt give me any information nd he didnt want to answer any og my questions... I told him he was fraud and to stop calling and he argued  that it was real and that hes located in Rancho Cuchamunga.. So I hung up cause I wasnt getting anywhere with him...I looked up the number online and nothing came up it wasnt a buisness either nor did it list any info.. Then I looked for a law office under what he told me he said he was from Rick Gaziole yet when i looked it up it was spelled different and was at a different address and phone number... I believe hes fraud and a scam... And has nothing better to do with life.. but if all is true ill wait for the cops to serve me a letter... Which i should have recieved long ago seeing as how Donnie said I was so late and on 3 counts of fraud and my court date is in 8 days...smh Unbelievable!!!!

I received another call from the same number 213-221-2885. The man told me his name is Donnie Kenneth Harris of the Rick Gaxiola Law Firm. I ask for the address and phone number to the law firm. I was ask why I needed the address of the Law Firm and the number. He told me the number was 231-221-2885. I told him I had already looked up the number and it odes not belong to the Rick Gaxiola Law Firm. I then looked up the law firm and attemtpted to call them the nubmer ahs been diconnected. I informed Ms. Harris that I would be calling the FBI. He ask why I ask for the information of the compliant against me. He only told me Cash America. I have never got money or loan from them. He stated that I would be served papers at my job and at home. I told him that I can not be served papers at work and I want the information  ont eh compliant. He told me why I needed. The information. I informed him not to call me at my job any more. I hung up. He refused to gve me any informaiton,

I received a message on my buisness phone threating me with a law suit. Told me to call Donnie as soon as I get the message. I have looked up the number and the number does not belong to a business. I call blocking my number and it went to voice mail telling me that They were no available at this time. I looked in the yellow pages and the number does not belong to any one. THe number was not found. Dont these scam artist understand that if you owe a debt they do not take you to jail. THey told me that they would serve me at my job and home. They had my place of employment. I know that they can not call me on my job or leave a message on company phone with personal information. I am tired of all these scam artist calling me. How cna they be stopped.,
