I got a call from them a couple of days ago.  But called back early testerday and I got magic jack mailbox full.  So I called again and before this guy could start his rant I told him I was still waiting to be arrested from 4 months earlier.  Same people I am sure.  Called today and all I got was Magic Jack advertising.  They must have packed up and moved.  He said yesterday I was being areested early today, was calling Mr. Wilson back and told him I was still waiting for the law.  Can't get them but he called twice and left a message once, saying about the law suit and being arrested and that he wished me luck if I ignored him.  These people are so stupid they are calling the same people over and over again.   What jerks they are.

I just got off the phone with this a-hole.  He told me I had a case against me, which I didn't believe.  The more I questioned him he would change the subject.  Eventually he just started getting dirty and graphic and saying he knew me and I just hung up on him.   What a loser

I also received the message..the only thing..when i called back someone answered...it didnt dawn on me at the time that the number i was told to call was the same number they called from...i asked to speak to Michael Carter, Senior Attorney like i was told....it was a woman who answered...she told me to hold....and a man came to phone and said his name was not who i was told to ask for  ..he asked if i had an account number..i said no..he asked what was the number i was called on..he verified my name and then proceeded to tell me that i had got a payday loan from somewhere and also told me i had it deposited into my account and i never paid it back. and i asked when did i do this and who are you...he then yelled and said how many loans have you taken out! he then went on to say that there was a case pending on me and i was going to be arrested at my job on tomorrow...and i said what! are u serious...who goes to jail for not paying a loan if i did have one...if thats the case, America should be locked up! at point he realized i knew they were full of crap so he said....ok then do wat you want and dont call my f**kn phone back. and hung up...i called back and he didnt answer....kept goin to voicemail...my only thing is...this person knows where i work, my number, my bank name, and everything...so someone needs to figure out who this is....this is ridiculous..

Some one by the name of Michael Carter called me stated i need call Alex Watson stated i had stated out a pay day loan that i never repaid. I am like are you serious then when i tried to ask who was calling and they could not give me any information stated they was sending the police to my job to arrest me!..They called my phone about 4 times before i answered..Then they tell me to call the same number that called me back. The person is very rude..Anyone knows that if you are being sued you will get a notification in the mail...THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!..Can some one please tell me how do i report this number to authories in CA.

I got the same msg today and called back as well. He even called my work so i can say if he tries to call again he better be ready for a long winded conversation. I think the police dept would like to know about him.

Horace Jackson just contacted me through voice mail at my work number.  He was very strait to the point either my attourney or myself contact him immediatley.  He stated if I didn't certain events would unfold in a very bad way.  I looked up his number and found this forum, read the posters comments and called back.  Turns out when you call back as your attourney they say they never heard of you or a Mr. Horace Jackson.  I don't know what the scam is but I think I will put there phone number out there for telemarketing companies.

This man keeps leaving messages & some how even when i actually answered once he some how still able to leave a message, then i called him bk & finally Get through he says police will b @ my Work place soo to try & c if he could b caught off guard i asked which job would they b @ he says dont worry about u received a loan & never paid it bk so u wont have either jobs for long cause u'll b gone for 6 months... He is really a waste of every 1s time

TODAY IS APRIL 7,2012 AND SOME WHERE AROUND 8:30 THIS MORNING THIS ANUS CALLED MY PHONE DIDN'T ANSWER BECAUSE I WAS STILL IN BED. HE HUNG UP AND CALLED STRAIGHT BACK AND AGAIN I DIDN'T ANSWER .SO HE LEFT AN MESSAGE STATING HIS NAME WAS HORACE JACKSON AND THAT I OR MY ATTORNEY NEEDS TO CONTACT HIM OR ALEX WATSON IF NOT GOOD LUCK WHEN THINGS UNFOLD. SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME SO I CALLED THE NUMBER SEVERAL TIME JUST TO GET A VOICE MAIL THAT WAS FULL. SO I BLOCKED THIS ANUS FROM MY PHONE . NOW READING ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS I FEEL BETTER TO KNOW THIS IS JUST SOMEONE TRYING TO SCAM ME  HOPE THESE BUT HOLES GO TO JAIL

been getting calls to my home phone and 2 cell phones saying they want me to pay a payday loan or they are going to arrest me Monday send me to jail for 6 monts freeze my bank account and charge me 1300.00

This person called me and said they needed to hear from my attorney, (they left message). I have no idea what this is about. I did not call back or respond. The english was broken, and message distorted. I want them to quit calling.

On 4 6 12 Alex Watson called me on a phone that was not not mine. He asked in in timitaDED WAY FOR ME OR MY ATTY TO CALL HIM.

Just got the same phone call -could not understand a word the guy was saying.  Told me he was "shocked" that I didn't know what he was talking about and aware of the lawsuits pending against me.  I told him how funny it was that I was hearing something like this on a Saturday morning, asked him to give me more details and he said he was only a paralegal and did not know any details.  I told him I thought that was amusing seeing that a paralegal would know all the details of the case that they were working on.  He told me i needed to contact Michael Carter at the same number he called me from immediately.  The call was lost and then I rec'd  voicemail from him stating that I needed to do this and if I didn't it was m own fault what would happen to me.  I attempted 1 time to return the phone call - went immediately to a voicemail for an Alex Watson....going to call the state police to report this.  This is the only chance they have to be caught if everyone reports it.

I got a call from a man who I could not understand said I would be aressted on Monday  and be put in jail for 6 months.and my bank account would be seized.gave me the 4 last digets of my social  but they wer't the right 4 he wanted them I told him no .He gave me the number he was calling from ,said I should call and talk to his boss mike he said his name was Nuller

These ppl are a SCAM...they claim you own someone money and want you to pay them! Just tell them they have the wrong number or don't answer. But these ppl obviously have nothing else better to do and will continue calling. You can't barely understand them and they will insist you will get arrested unless you pay them. You can't get arrested for debt unless you owe the government millions in back taxes or for unpaid child support. DONT BELIEVE THEM, FOREIGN SCAMMERS!!!

Actually, this moron called my son and I returned the call because he was so upset.  First day I called back and got his voice mail.  My son meanwhile reported it to the police because he was threatened by this idiot.  I called him back today and he told me I was going to get arrested and then when I told him that he was going to get arrested himself and this call was being taped, he said, "You will never find me".  And then it went downhill from there.  He got filthy and told me to do unspeakable things to him, and I told him that just won't work.  (Yes, that is a cleaned up version of what was said.)   I did get him to hang up on me, however, and I suspect that the best thing I can do is to continue to harrass him.  I did record our conversation, but I doubt that that will do anything.  I think anyone that is called by this individual should call him back and harrass him!!!!  That probably is not even the number that he is really calling from.  The problem with all of this is that he is a big waste of time and a very sick individual.

These people are calling me saying that I have to call them, or legal action will be taken.

Mark Wilson just called from this number for an employee. I told him I would take his # this time and pass on this time only & never to call back again. As this call went on I became suspicious. Particularly when I refused to give my name stating company protocol. The idiot asked if I was mad. I wasnt at that point but I was starting to. When he asked, is ur boss strict, I was through. I told him I would verify if the person he was looking for in fact worked here & pass the info to her. Sounds like a scam! Didnt wanna verify I even knew the employee. Glad I did. Obviously some outsource calling scam or prank.

This fool just called my daughter and he was wayyyyyy to much information.  had her name, my other daughter's name, where they work and the name of their bank.  No "official" numbers like bank accounts or anything.  but he told her they would be at her work tomorrow to arrest her for "pay day" loans that she took out and didn't pay.   WTF.

How can he do this???? I wasted a lot of time trying to find out who this guy was. I kept his messages and was going to call the police and charge him (who ever he is) On the recording he said his name was Chris Jones. His call was very disturbing to me. At the end of his calls he would always say "if I do not hear from you or your attorney all I will say is "good Luck". This went on for one week every day at 8:22 AM (so 5:22 AM on the west coast) I thought Man this guy really wants me and is out to get me. I still might charge him with harassment. I will keep you all posted.

I have received several calls from these jerks, the last two on my cell phone. I changed my home number and made it nonpublished because I couldn't get them to stop calling me. I hung up on the guy today after telling him to stop calling me. He called me right back and wanted to know why I hung up on hime. I told him I hung up because he is a scammer and he asked how I know that. I hung up again instead of continuing to engage with him.

This guy is a real tool its a scam don't pay him any mind he is a wanna be Jerky Boy and even they were lame.So don't sweat it it is a scam.

Just got this message....scared the crap out of me.  Called back and rang into voicemail.  what a scam!!!!!!

This person called my job to tell me I had a overdue loan to take care of and that I needed an attorney to represent me in court. The person would'nt give his name I really did'nt understand him .I asked him to slow down he said that I need to speak with Attorney Michael Carter at this #213-261-6456.  I called this number asking for this person was told he was not available the young lady said I could help you, I start asking her questions what's this about mind you she turned on me yelling saying I was harassing her and that I would be arrested on 040312 at my job. Today I received numrous calls from this number not just  at home but on my job to contact an Alex Watson so I called this# was the same person that I spoke to  the day before. I asked what was going one he said I wil be arrested on my job @ 1100am this person spoke to my co-worker willing to give her my ssn# she declined was told to tell me the same thing that I would be arrested today, Reading all the above messages I realized that these people who ever they are need to be arrested themselves and spend time in jail. I called my local Police Dept and filed a claim.I told my Supervisor about this matter so maybe they would post this #213.261.6456 on the board to beaware of this SCAM!

This pinhead just called me.  When I asked him which department he was with he told me.  I then asked him which department that was a part of and he couldn't answer.  He got flustered.  I called the number back and the message said it was an attorney, Alex Watson.  The mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message.  BTW there isn't a California State Police any longer they were combined into the Highway Patrol.

I just got the same call saying that he wishes me luck for what was about to unfold on me??? Ummm, WTH.  He said that my attorney should contact him asap.  I tried calling back but it goes directly to voicemail of "Alex Watson"?? Odd!  How and why do they have my work number?? They called my cell number and then my work number immediately.  I'm not going to stress over it....

I received a call from this number on my cell phone and work phone.  I called back to see what it was and he told me the same thing as others in that there was a lawsuit against me.. He knew my social security number and my place of work.  He said the California State Police was giong to come arrest me tomorrow.  I said "Is this a Joke?" and he started yelling at me saying he can't believe I am playying dumb and I know what I did wrong, etc, etc.. I hung up on him and he keeps calling me back at work. How do I get this to stop and who do I report this to? I'm really concerned since they have my social security number..
