Someone called from (213) 289-5514. I answered my mobile, and said hello a couple of times. But, the caller hung up.

They keep calling me everyday, usually I miss their call because it comes in before I do. But when I try to call them to tell them I'm not interested, and to take me off their list, all I get is this pre-recorded message, "all circuits are busy, try your call again later." No matter when I call, I get that, so they're not interested in callbacks, because no one has busy circuits 24 hours a day, they just want to bug people about their stupid magazine subscriptions.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone which I was not able to answer. They left no voicemail message. When I tried calling back, the number was blocked and I wasnot able to leave them a voicemail message.

I expect this Is a business with automated systems or lazy telecom sales people. I get a call at least once a week. I will be contacting the phone company to block all future calls from this number.

I tired to answer the call and they hung up. I called back and got a peculiar message was basically unintelligible.

Called my company line asking for someone who had this number before me (5 years ago) and if they'd like some networking magazine. Then asked if anyone in my company wanted the magazine.

Got a call from these a----les and also was unable to reach them back.  I entered a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry because the number they called is on the blocked list.  Everyone should do the same.

Got a call to my work phone at 9:10 am today.  When I picked it up, no answer from the caller.

We have been receiving calls from this number once a week but no one seems to be on the other end. I have tried to call it back but an automnated voice says "all circuits are busy now please try your call later".

After daily calls and hang ups, I finally got a real person.  Hesitant as they were, the name of this tele-marketing company is ARK TELESERVICES (1-800-898-5367). They called me for a free magazine that I've been receiving.

I confirm the same request as "Micki" above offering free subscription and wanting to "update information".  Told them "no" every time and asked them to put the number on their DNC list.  My number is in the national DNC registry.  Nevertheless, they've called me three times this month.  Sounds like same woman making the same request every time.

Got roughly 20 calls from this number in the past three weeks.  I resorted to telling one of the guys in the office to tell them I died.  Yet, they continue to call.  Power Welding magazine or some such thing.  I told the supervisor with whom I spoke today that one more call and the FTC is getting a complaint.  They are extremely annoying and the supervisor hung up when I mentioned FTC.

I keep on getting this too.  Make sure YOUR phone # is on the DO NOT CALL registry of the FCC (see www.donotcall.gov ).  

If they persist you could then file a lawsuit for harassment.

This number has called my cell phone about 10 times in the last month.  When I answer, I hear dead air.  It is very annoying.

I, too, have received several phone calls from this number.  When I tried to redial the number, I get the message "all circuits are busy".

They've called multiple times for Redmond Magazine, and I keep telling them no.  This last time I asked the person where they were located.  The person said Belize.
