It's a Master Card Promotional call. It must be Master card themselves because it was automated. The first question is "If you want to be placed on a Do Not Call list press 1" you press it Machine says "Thank you for time" and Disconnects.

Calling to verify address to send my Target gift card and free gas card. I told them it should already be on file and to just mail it. Tey became very rude! Hang up and reprt your card compromised immediately! They call using other numbers including (714-607-5705, 603-214-3330 and 408-587-2136) Male and female callers both have Indian accent.

Telephone numbers placed on the National Do Not Call Registry will remain on it permanently due to the Do-Not-Call Improvement Act of 2007, which became law in February 2008. Read more about it at http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2008/04/dncfyi.shtm.
The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls at home. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it has been on the registry for 31 days. If they do, you can file a complaint at this Website. You can register your home or mobile phone for free. or 1-888-382-1222
