My son owes them nothing, but they call and email anyway. I'm about to record a conversation with them and report them to the FTC. Yeah me!

This number keeps calling me. All my bills r current wth? They leave me messages telln me 2 call b4 11pm everyday. I dont know how they got my name n number but they wont stop calling

First of all get your facts straight wise guy.  I didn't sue them because I owed them money.  I know I owed them money and I set up a payment date and they took the money before the date and on that same date.  So I paid them twice.  Did they return my money NO THEY DIDN'T BUT IT WAS OWED TO ME!!!.  After many attempts to get my money they didn't return it so I put a stop payment on both payments they took.  Then they attempted to collect from me.  I again explained what happened.  I asked them NOT TO CALL ME AT WORK.  Legally if you tell them not to call you at work they can't. I asked them to call me at home they did and told my husband they were going to come to my house and F*** his mother.  That too is against the collection policy act.  Then they would call my house saying they were coming to my home. Second violation.  DO YOU GET THE POINT SMARTIE!! SO THAT IS WHY I SUED THEM NOT BECAUSE I OWED THEM JACK A**!!!   SO THE NEXT TIME YOU OPEN YOUR FAT A** MOUTH GET YOUR FACTS AND HAVE A GREAT DAY! Why would you try to sue a company that you actually owe money to.  They would not be trying to collect the debt unless you actually have a debt.  If we become more responsible in this country...it will be a better country for us all.  Pay your debt...don't just sue everybody!

I have a loan with Cashnet Usa and I did miss to pay it, but they are polite, they do make payment arrangements with you and they quickly hang up. But there are scammers using Cashnet name.

These people identify themselves as "CNU" - and have called our business line multiple times despite being told personal calls are not allowed. They are collections for CashNetUSA.  The number they leave to call back is 888-801-9078.
