weird..they've been calling my cell phone for the past week.

I receive a call every few days and no one is ever on the other end of the call. When you call back the message is that this is not a working number.

I've been getting these calls also, but today was different after I said "hello" and got the usual nothing, I then heard in my phone another phone ringing ( as if I had dialed ) and then I heard a female voice answer with "hello" and then the phone disconnected.
I think I'll just go back to my old way of just picking up and hanging right back up.  I'd let it ring but my phone has an annoying loud ringer.

why am i getting this number calling my phone? it has happen 3 times today and 2 time friday. should i worry

It seems very strange that people are getting calls from different companies from this same number.  I think probably it's not a real phone number - instead, companies (probably mostly in other countries) are able to fake the number some how and fool the caller ID system.  Maybe they're using the internet?

As to why they're calling and hanging up or not saying anything.. I'm not sure - maybe they're "profiling" the people they want to scam - listening for a certain type of voice (an older person?) Or maybe they're just calling random numbers to figure out which ones are working numbers so they can sell them to other scammers.. or maybe I am just a paranoid conspiracy theorist.  Anyway, I reported the number at donotcall.gov - I'm not sure if that will help.

I have received variosu calls but I nevre answer them. They do not leave a voicemail message. My carrier was of no help!!!

I just received their call!  I told them that I had died!

I got a call from this number today when I called it back and it said was not in service!

I also got a call from this number - they didn't leave a # on my cell. Is this a salesperson??

Just got a call from this number.  I answered it and said "hello" and waited for about five seconds.  No one ever said anything and I just hung up.

Just got a call from this number on my cell.  I did not answer the call since I did not recognize the number.  Checked with reverse look-up on line and found this info.

I'm getting the same calls as well.....very annoying, but after reading all of these comments I won't answer it either!  I learned that it is somewhere in LA so.....I won't answer.

The first call I got from this number was from an internet pharmacy, and I told them to remove my name from their list because I'm on the National Do Not Call list.  Apparently they didn't do that (surprise) because I've gotten 7 or 8 more calls in the 2 weeks since then.  I've reported them to donotcall.gov as well.

Just got a call from this number.  The fellow said his name was Alex and that he was from North American Bank.  Did not leave a call back number and was reluctant to leave his name or his company name.

I get a call (sometimes 2 or 3) from this number every Monday! It comes up on my cell phone +2135592099. I'm not sure, but i think the + in front of the area code means its an international call outside the US somewhere.
I have never tried calling it back, and will not, and whoever is calling from this number never leaves a voicemail.
I'm ready to call my cell provider and see if I can block this #! How frustrating.

This number just called me on my cell. The number also called my cell last week. Everytime I anwser, there is nothing but silence then the phone hangs up.

For the past several days I have been getting called from this number around 1:15 pm.  I never answer because it smells like a sales call to me.  Recently I have has lots of calls telling me that my car warranty is about to expire.  I wonder if this isone of those.

They keep calling and no one is there or they leave message that they don't say anything.

We get calls from these very foreign sounding people on a daily basis.  They call on all four of our lines.  They claim to be with AT&T DSL and want to upgrade me for free to a faster version.  We have asked repeatedly to be removed from their calling list, at times they get very angry and rude.  We are fed up.  If I find out they are actually employed by AT&T I will cancel all of my AT&T services.

this number called my cell phone twice in 2 hours...i don't know the number so i didn't answer, looked it up alone and found the whocallsme.com website.  apparently it's a telemarker or some kind of scan, i guess i'll just block this numer from my cell phone

I got a call from this number today when I called it back and it said was not in service!

I got this call also--213-559-2099 -- they said they were RX Global Online - an internet pharmacy -wanting to sell medications -thye were updating their database they said--yea right!

My wife and I both have received calls from this number. We don't have any idea who this is either.

I get calls from this number 3-4 times a day. The first few times I ignored it, as I did not recognize the #.  Once I found information online about the co. I decided to pick up, with the intention of telling them off.  When I answer, no one is ever there.

They call at all times of the day on my personal cell phone.

This phone number is an internet pharmacy from overseas, they are using an internet phone system which is based in the USA. They have our numbers from previous purchases from the internet. You will have to answer and keep telling them you will NEVER purchase anything from them before they quit calling. I received 10 calls before they finally believed me.

Yep, I have been called by this number before, and I just was again. Didn't answer.
