This number always calls me at my cellphone in the mornings and never answers. I do not know why I always pick up. Is there a way to ban this number?

This number called me a minute ago...  really BAD connection...  A guy asked if I used satellite or cable...  I cut him off and said I didn't know how they got my number but I want them to take me off whatever list they have and I do NOT appreciate telemarketer calls on my cell phone and hung up.  If they call again I'm going to be a bit less nice.  This time I at least didn't curse at them.

This number has been calling me for weeks and Its always at a bad time so i never pick up. I finally answered just now and no one was on the other line. a***oles. Either it's marketing, or some hustling going on. How can we collectively sue these guys?? I have to pay .50 for each missed call b/c I'm on a roaming plan (just moved to Canada from US) and they've probably cost me about $8-10 total. (yes, i am switching to a better plan soon). Someone needs to get these guys to F*** off.

So this has number has called me couple of times now, (on my cell phone and haven't figured out where they got it yet)and every time i picked up there was no one there. Finally today i pick up and after 5 seconds some guy with accent asks me hi "are you interested in dish satellite" and whether i had cable or satellite at home.. (I don't even have a tv)so immediate hangup after saying not interested... what is interesting is they are using local numbers to get by immediate hangups associated with 1-800 numbers. Rest assured if i get another call immediate threat of lawsuit and that should scare them off.

Call constantly, never leave a message.  Extremely annoying

called cellphone on 10/16/07 @7:03pm - recording said "thanks for holding an agent will be with you shortly" waited a second then I hung up.

if they call you over and over again... and you tell them to stop calling and to take your name off the list or you will sue they should stop and you really can sue them if they call one more time. they call me everyday and i forgot that trick. so i said it today and if they call back i will sue. she also said the call was in reguard to my satelite... i dont even have a satelite

when I get a junk/marketing call, I always save it under the name of "junk."

when I see "junk" on my phone ID, I know I won't answer

i got my first call today and since then i have gotten one other. everytime i try to call back i either get the waiting tone or it just rings until it automaticaly dissconnects

has called me twice once at 8:39 at night and again at 1:36 in the afternoon

Call cell about 3-5 times a week. never answered. Wish they'd stop once.

got the first call last week, and they keep calling everyday about 3x, no specific times all throughout the day. never got a chance to pick up when called, so i finally tried calling back, went directly to music i guess to put me on a waiting line, no answer for quite a while so i hung up. well whatev it is, its annoying!!!

Called my house at 5:58p   girl answered said I said someone called me and she said she didn't call anyone, I said did you call for "insert wife's name here" and she said no then hung up.   Thinking about calling again.

this number calls my cell phone daily atleast 3 times.  Everytime I answer no one answers me and then when I don't answer they don't leave a message.  I called the number and cannot get anyone to answer.  How do we stop this and find out who they are?

they call 3 times between 5pm and 8 pm never leave message call back comes up busy

same as above - received two calls from this number in about 2 hrs - 1st called ignored, no message left.  2nd call answered and was disconnected.  i called back and got the "all operators are busy message" - and am listenening to their horrible hold music right now

The person called me. I didn't answer. No message left. Not gonna bother trying to call back... Hopefully they don't try again
