i also got a call from this number...and Roger called me....n he was very helpful...he fixed all the problems of my computer and now m subscribed with them and my 6 computers are running like a brand new on..

This nbr 213-674-8586 is not Microsoft Support. It is some scam. They tell you that they are receiving reports of major problems on your windows computer, and they are from Microsoft. They had a heavy accent. I asked where they were calling from, and they said Los Angeles. I told them that it was a bad connection and I would call them back. The name was Robin Smith....which didn't fit the accent!!!! I then logged on to WWW.Microsoft website and found this nbr for the U.S. Microsoft Support M-F 9.00-17.00 PST 1-866-676-6546. You have to go thru a few menus but they confirmed that Microsoft NEVER calls people, and doesn't track problems on random computers. He said that they had received other calls like mine. They usually try to get people to log on to their computer and gain access, and then tell them they see major breaches and for a fee, they can fix it. if you agree, they get access to all your info, plus your credit card!!!! Microsoft took all the info down and would report it.
