Called, left an ended call VM. TCAST Communications landline in Los Angeles, California

Too late. They dropped the only two channels we really watch from our lineup and now they're screwing with Netflix. Comcast sucks. As soon as there is an alternative, we will be switching. I the mean time, I will block your stupid marketing calls and hate you in silence.

Makes sense as I just yesterday cancelled COMCAST service as my monthly bill DOUBLED due to an ended promo I was in. Unwilling to negotiate ... So I cut them off !!

Comcast.. Again. They called once and I spoke to a guy in India go figure.. I said now was not a good time and I guess that wasn't a good choice because they just keep calling back around 7pm.

called at 6:33pm no message

Called. I answered this time to see who it was.  Stated they wanted to do a survey. I said no. I hung up. I am on a the Do Not Call list.  I don't think this is COMCAST. Caller ID showed COMCAST.

Called at 830pm. Comcast customer service and general service overall survey.
These people do not leave a message as the process is automated on the dial. If the computer detects a voicemail service, it hangs up and dials the next number. Pretty common for many companies like this. (Just in cast any of you were curious)

I wish these idiots ( comcast ) would leave me alone. These greedy b*****ds jack up my internet service rates about once a year and now they  keep calling me trying to sell me other services or about a stupid survey.

Calling at nite and day leaving no message

Convergence keeps calling and calling.  Can not get them to stop.  Have filed complaints with FCC and Nat Do Not Call Registry.  Have also called Comcast who they state they're calling on behalf of.

They also state it's market research and they're not selling anything.  B.S.

Telemarketers who don't respect people's privacy and the law.

Got phone call few minutes ago, 8:47 PM, no message. What kind of survey is it that late? Why not from 800 number and/or local. I have not been Comcast customer for few years now. Please stop....

Comcast survey.  They've been calling recently and never left a message.  They called today and I answered and a woman with a thick Indian accent asked me a bunch of questions of how satisfied I am with Comcast's services, billing, etc.  She would not deviate from the script and if I asked for clarification or gave a varied answer she just repeated the question.  They did not ask for any personal or private info other than race and age.  The whole thing took about 10 minutes.  If it's not Comcast, then it's someone who wants to know what people think about Comcast.

OK Kim.  We'll call every telephone company on the continent (and the world, if necessary!) to find out if they have a customer named "Kim Surber" and when we find that company, we'll ask them to block the calls to you!!

Just one thing, though.  what should we do if there's more than one "Kim Surber" in the world?

This number keeps calling my cell phone, but I do not answer calls from unrecogized numbers.  Call at least 2-3 time a day.....

Called 4 times within a week.  Will not leave message.

I am getting text message and phone calls. It is really annoying.  "You're the best!"  Seriously?  They are sending me the text of a pre-teen?  Unfortunately the local Comcast office has no control over this survey provider.  They are powerless.  Now that I know where the call is coming from and that others are experincing the same annoyance, I can at least ignore the call.

Called at 7:57pm today, did not leave message. However I do have cable with comcast.

2nd call in 4 days. No message left. Not answered. I am on the Do Not Call List and am unlisted as well.

Keeps calling. Never leaves a message. I'm on national do not call list. I'll be blocking this entire area code.

Unless the purpose of the call is to sell you goods or services, the Do Not Call list does not apply.  This would appear to be a customer satisfaction survey for Comcast and is therefore exempt from the Do Not Call list unless at the end of the survey they attempt to upsell your current service.  It is a sad fact that the majority of nuisance calls we receive are not covered by the law.  Of course, scammers and scofflaws ignore the law anyway but at least we do not get calls from all the local businesses advertising their latest specials.

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and they continue to call. Why have a list at all?

Got call at 16:03 US Central time on 15 June 2013, but they didn't leave a message.  I do have service from Comcast, but I don't know if the call was from them.

I will be getting rid of Comcast if they are going to start pulling this crap.
