Received 2-3 calls a day, but I refuse to answer. He leaves messages stating his name is officer charles brown saying my name and social have been blacklisted by the government and if I do not call him and arrange to pay I will be arrested and taken to jail.

This is a SCAM!!! This guy is HARRASSING us!  He calls repeatly and said his name is Dawn Booker with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (had to ask him to spell his name 3 times, got 3 different spellings from him on his first name). He gets very rude and calls over and over again even after being told this is harrassment. He won't listen and he raises his voice and talks over people. He even agreed that he's doing the harrassment.  Claims he has a arrest warrent for an employee.  Employee spoke with him one time and he told her if she sends him money he can get it taken care of for her. He has called from several different numbers over the past few months. Our manager called the FBI and they have no record of this jerk and said this is a Scam!

I received a phone call from this number stating that they are calling from federal police department stating that his name was William Black. The caller said that the lawsuit was for illegal downloads. I asked for a badge number and stated that if they were a police officer they had a badge number. They declined to give me that information. They stated that they were located in California. I told them that I had the call traced and it was stating that the call was outside the United States. The caller hung up with out further response.

got a call from this number today, left no name, just a number and said that my attorney or myself better contact them immediaetly and i better not disregard this message.  i had a call from these guys before telling me i owed 5,000 in payday loans and i better pay up.  I asked a lawyer friend of mine he siad this is a big scam and not to pay them a dime.

I got another call from this number,which I had fun with! Being an 11 year legal debt collector,i laid down the collection laws and so forth!! Trying to say I had a payday loan,it would help if i had a checking account...These guys are a major joke..I had an ERIC JOHNSON that couldnt understand English at all....I donbt care if they have my ss# or not,wont do them any good...

Steps to take: report the number to attorney generals office of your state

report the number to the FCC and any other phone type association..

The employees of the following number has been calling me at work and threatening, harassing  the office staff.

i keep getting phone calls from this number as well as 310-362-7054 keep telling me to pay off debt i owe  in the amount of 457.00 I asked them for there address and the morons gave me the fbi address in ca 11000 wilshire blvd and i called and spoke to an fbi agent she did say this is a scam and not to give them info. caller said his name is william black or steve freeman with heavy indian accent ok american names withn thick accents yeah right!!! I also reported them to the federal trade commission.As of yesterday he told me the police are going to come to my work and i told him send them , he also told me that they are going to seize my stuff so i told them to go  ahead i don't own anything,he then got quiet and put fake recording on saying this call is being recorded.
