I received a call on my work number (of all things!) from this number.  He identified himself as Max and threatened that if I or my attorney did not call him back he "wished me the best of luck."  Very threatening, foreign and I did not understand most of what he said.

I have been receiving numerous calls per day from someone with a very heavy Asian accent claiming to be from the law office of Jeff Anderson, saying that I owe money to them.  The calls started again about a week ago, they are actually not from the number above but an abbreviated number on my caller ID. They were calling last month from the law office of Thomas Franklin and I made the mistake of talking to them thinking it was real and that somehow I hadn't paid a bill-when in fact the whole thing is a scam.  In any case, they are very nasty and persistent! I'm going to report them today-they just won't stop.

I also received a call from this number and the name i was given was Jeff Anderson.  He spoke in a heavy accent, possibly asian.  They called me on my job and told me there was an arrest warrant issued for me and that i would be arrested on my job by the local sheriff's office unless i paid $310 that day and the rest of the money that i "owed" them with in two weeks.  I was terrified because i have a young child at home and they told me that did not matter and arrangements for my child would be made.  I was going to pay the rest of the money today but i also received the message when calling that this is a fraud, but i am in contact with my local attorney generals office because they will not be getting anymore money from me.

I have received 10 calls this week, all from someone I can barely understand and is actually calling for someone else.  She says she is calling to settle a lawsuit.  I felt bad for the person she was trying to reach and tried calling back to tell them they had the wrong number.  There was a recording stating that this number is perpetrating a fraud and do not send them any money.  I just received another call, but now it is a 717 area code.  DO NOT CALL THEM.

Caller stated he was calling from a law firm and gave his name as RYAN CRUISE.  He refused to give me the name of the law firm or their address. He had a very thick foreign accent and said he represented Sonic Pay Day loans.  He called me five times in one day and gave out personal information to a family member.  

A different number showed up on the caller id (941-961-8518).  That number and the first number he left as a call back (213-550-4173) cannot be connected when dialed.

Follwing the law is not something they are concerned with.

BARELY spoke ENGLISH - said his name was JOHN and threatened me with arrest among other things said he would take everything away from me and destroy me.

I gave him the name of my attorney and his was response was that having an attorney wouldn't help, I would own nothing after he was through with my unless I paid him immediately.

WHAT a JERK!  Evidently they don't have to follow the law.....

This was the number someone gave to call back, spoke in a foriegn accent
