Jack Lopez said, "oh this must be your lucky day", "instead of making you pay the consequences, our officer is willing to accept a payment of $1377.47"... I kept asking for an address and he kept saying in his indian accent "that should be the last of your worries ma'am."  i haven't given them any payment information as of yet... so scared to... what can i say to them to make them stop calling?

Here's another idea...what if all of us keep their phone lines tied up, asking for information (mailing address, badge numbere of officers, he referred to an attorney, so bar number of attorney, etc., etc.) .  And am I correct in thinking that it can't be illgal to do that, since they initiated business with us?  They would have to send us a "cease and dissist" in wrting, right?  And, in that case, we would have the address.

here's an idea for everyone I call them back tellng them to get out of out conutry cussing and sreaming at them also ask for info did some skiptracing this company is located in dallas. tx no address but I still filed AGO complaint and keep records. also just harass them back make them pissed oiff for a few minutes because this is crazy they give no info and cont calling where are our rights as Americans lol.

Jack Lopez called several times a day each day for the last few weeks.  He states this is a debt that I received in 2006.  Well, it is not 2008 -- i asked for copies of the debt to come to me.  They said they can not do that.  They even asked me to give them a credit card number for a bill that they will not even release any infomation.  I told him does he know that he is being recorded now and that if this does go to court, I will have back up that they were not willing to provide me with any docuementation to proove that I owe this company.  They said i could western union the payment of 200 on june 13th, but will not release the wiring info to me until the day of.  Interesting!  I am going to contact an attorney and report this to anyone who will listen.. They say that I owe $1,052 dollars.  This is bologna!  I do not recall owing a creditor this amount of money.  If it was real, then why don't they realease their address and send me documents even through e-mail or fax so that I at least can read and accept that I owe money to someone????

I have contacted Money Gram and this is the information I got from Money gram. The address Money Gram has id 138 Palm Coast highway N, Palm Coast, Fl. But that could be a false address. I got the same information as every one else this is a Texas number. When I contacted the BBB they have it as a Texas number also. The last time they called me from this number I told them I have an investagation against them and I was told not to give them any money until the case is over and I hung up on them, they have not called back yet. They have the same story this is something from 2006 and will not send anything in writing. I have reported them to the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services and the Florida Department of Financial Services, which they told me that I don't owe anybody from what their records show.By the way the lady at Money Gram advised me to put a block on my credit report, just in case. We all have to work together to stop these people. I am wondering what we all have in common that they target us????

I had a call from Joe and Don Rogers at my work saying the same thing about me owing money and if I don't pay I will be arrested at my job and they too said they were with US National Bank.  I am still being harrassed at my job and have contacted the attorney general on this.

I received a call from this number tonight at work,  and he first spoke to my supervisor and told him that I needed to call them asap and if I didn't then they would call my plant manager and tell them some crap. So I called it at 6:30 est and spoke to someone who could not speak english and he put me on hold then another guy came on probably the same guy  but he could not spell my name and spoke fast and I told him that I didn't understand him  then I hung up. But when he answered he didn't answer it like a business would he just said hello. I looked this number up and its in irving texas and their phone carrier is Brooks Fiber Properties of texas . I hope they arrest these people. I am hoping they don't call my plant and have me fired. I  don't think you can go to jail for not paying a debt.

I have been receiving calls since May 1st, from this same #.  214-245-0922.  Either a Ms. Rogers, A Joe, of a Sam Johnson calls.  I told him if i have a debt, then take me to court.  Do not call my job any more.  He proceeded to call my job, 30 times a day every since.  Our hr dept./ telephone control dept. and supt. has all received their calls and informed them they are not to call.  Now I don't answer the calls and he curses out everyone who does.  I am worried now, because he has somehow gotten my SS#.  I contact secrete service and they said they can't do anything.  I can't believe he still calls my job, at least 30 times a day.  If it was legit,i wouldnt be getting all the false names, and nasty phone calls, with all the cursing. What do you do when these type of people have your SS#?

I got a called from this number at work as well claiming they are US National Bank Crime Division. THey won't send anything in writting. They want money or i am so called will be charged with fraud.
I contacted a lawyer - he said it was scam. I tricked them into calling him.

I received another call from this foreigner and he asked me if this was me then he rattled off my ss# and told me to get a pen and paper I said no and told him not to call me here at work, I hung up on him and then he called my work again and talked to my supervisor and told him that I was being investigated for defrauding the company I work for and he demanded to talk to me and my boss said no I have had several different people call this number asking what business is it and all he saids is can I help you nothing else. I have called several times to see what happens and it goes to this voice mail box but you can't leave any messages because they say its full. I don't know how they got my ss# and my work number but I am going to my local police and file a report and calling the ss office to see what I can do. I want these people stopped asap! and I want the phone calls to stop also if they need money go get a job and leave us alone. I also called information and they told me that this number is a cell phone or a payphone. I know that if they were legit which they are not they would not tell another person what the matter was about and they sure as heck would not rattle your ss# off to you. And you can't go to jail for owing a debt.

I called the FBI and they said that these people are nothing but scammers and possibly not even in this country probably Nigeria, I called this number pretending to be someone else and they rattled off this person's ss# and he went on and said that I had until noon today to do as he said and I said why wait do it right now I told him that The FBI said that your nothing but a acammer and to leave us alone they also told my employer that they were harboring a fugitive and they told this guy that they will deal with that that he didn't need to worry about it so.. also I have called several times in a row telling him that the FBI is after you he said who is this I said I am watching you and he kept calling me a criminal I said I am not the criminal you are and he hung up on me

I just received another call from Officer Lopez... saying i need to pay another $300 by Friday.... I said I would call him back next week to set something up... He said "as you wish, but you owe the money."
I have already sent them $100, just because i was scared.. i'm not sending any more!

Everyone who gets a call from this foreigner please just tell them that the FBI is investigating them and that you know that you don't owe any money to these scammers!!!! thats exactly what they are! I told them that and I have not heard another word from these scammers!

I got the same call a few weeks ago...I am out of $300 bucks because I got scared...They said that I owe us national bank because they deposit money into my account back in may of 06....well here is the catch, i closed that same account in april of 06....and when i told him that he said that he will investigate the date...i said well i hope so because if this isnt true then i want my money back...so i checked my current bank statement and the debit shows that they process it using paymybills.com......now i am getting calls again stating that if i dont call back that they are going to download my file and have me arrested....ok whatever....they have called from california, texas, and maryland...the number is own by Tmobile...

We need to do everything that we can to try to stop these people.  I had the same thing and the same story happen to me on Friday.  I almost fell for it but then I contact my lawyer.  He said that it was not a Felony to not back back money.  The number they gave me to call them back it different but the same area code.  I believe the are using pre-paid cell number and changing them every couple of month.  I had a co-worker call to try to get there address and they will not give it.  I am sorry but a real company wouldn't have a problem giving out there information.

i just got a call from don rogers as well he told me im going to jail if i dont send them a pepaid debit card and it would cost me 9000 in cort fees and im spose to fax all this info over by tomorow with it notiery on it and if i dont the cops wiill be at my door i did this on line thing for fast money and he said it it was tranferd in to my acount a year ago i never got no money and i asked him the date it was put in  he couldnt tell me . and i asked him to send me the info he said he couldnt but when i send him the money i iwill get this letter in the mail stating it was alll paid for and clear . what should i do i never had this happen befor

I wonder if it will work to ask them for western union infomation?  as in..pretending you are going to send money.  Won't they have to give a city/state and company name to recieve Western Union?  I wonder if that could help identify them.

This is a debt collector that will not give me any information regarding the debt or the company including business name or address. They cal me constantly at work and are harrassing me relentlessly. Please help.

i have received over 55 calls over the past 2 days from this number but they will only tell me that they are us national bank fraud division and that if i dont pay them they are going to arrest me .

These people called me and threatened to transfer my file to a courthouse in SC and said that if I didnt pay by 1:00 today that I would be arrested and prosecuted with fraud. They wouldnt give me an address or anything. They said I had to pay the full amount today by 1 and when I said oh well, I can't do that, they decided that they could do a payment plan. I am supposed to send $300 this thursday but am scared to do it.

Is this place legitimate? They called and like the poster above, said they were tranfering my file to the courthouse and that if I didnt pay an officer would come to my house and arrest me for fraud and refusal to pay the debt and all that. When I questioned them the guy, who spoke very little english, said that if I wanted to not believe them then I would believe it when I was arrested. When I asked for the address of the company he said they couldnt give that out. I have never heard of a place not giving the business address out. I thought it was illegal to do this and threaten arrest and all that to collect a debt. Am I right? This place has to be stopped!

I received a call from Robin White (if that is really his name); I could not understand what he was saying by his broken English.  The guy has stated that I owed a debt and if I don't pay it by 12pm, he is going to send the police to my job.  I asked him what's the name of his company (supposedly FCD) and who the original credit was, he would not give me that information, so I hung up on him, and he called me back calling me all kinds of names because I would not feed into his bs.  I asked him to send something in writing and he would not do that.  This guy was giving me the run around and all I can do was laugh because I work in a collections department.  This company is a fake/fraud.  Whatever you do, do not send money this company.

I've received four calls now starting at 5:30 AM!!  Clearly a fraudulent business as no legitimate business would be calling at that hour of the morning!  Also claims he has my legal file and will be taking it to court in OH today.  The heavy accent and incredibly busy background noise (almost sounds like a bus depot) is almost laughable.

I work at an attornies office who these people are calling a client of ours daily... had this man scared to death to leave work. They will not give any info as to who they are, the attorney that called and spoke to a John Conners wanted his bar number, they were looking that up and guess what..... it took them 5 minutes for that before the attorney hung up.  Once we find out who they are we are reporting them to them to anyone who will listen, not sure if it will do any good but it dont hurt to try

A Mr. Don Rogers with a thick Indian/Pakistani accent called constantly, left messages like: "If you fail to return the call the moment you receive this message, I can only wish you luck as events unfold around you".  This went on with hourly calls for a week, no message.  Then they began calling my job, left a message "we are calling your manager, to tell them you committed Internet Fraud and theft and if you don't want to lose your job you must call back."  They stumbled over the callback number, called again and left another message with the number, this time, if I didn't call back, then may God bless me.  I called back to give them my attorney's name and number, they didn't want to talk to him, just kept saying they wanted to help me and to give them a debit card # or call them from a Moneygram location for further instructions.  They said they would be filing multiple criminal charges with Attorney General of my state if I didn't pay in full.  Then they were willing to take a $200 payment.  I have put them off until next week but now I don't believe they will be getting anything from me.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the local police. Please, everyone else do the same. The more info and complaints they have on these crooks the better the chance they will catch them. They told me that my file was going to be transferred to the courthouse at noon and that someone would come to pick me up and take me to jail.  Yeah, right! That was over 2 weeks ago. I called a friend of mine that is an attorney and she said they need to be caught because what they are doing is illegal and not to send them anything.  Keep the complaints coming and make sure the name of the "company" and phone number are reported to the authorities!

A former coworker at my old job received a call for me from this number. She stated that he had a middle-eastern accent and identified himself as Officer Joe from the federal crime division. When she told him I no long worked there, he stated it didn't matter because I would be picked up, regardless. I googled the phone number to see where the number originated and discovered it was a debt collector. So they are passing themselves off falsely for a scare tactic. This is why I'm posting this message.
