My apologies.  The people who work for this company seem to want to mutter the company information so you cannot tell who is calling.  They are actually GC Services.  This is a local Dallas number which is one of many numbers they use in order to fraudulently disguise who they are.

JC Services (debt collector) uses this number.  Appears to be based in Dallas.
