Stop calling I'm not interested!

Dec 8th 2013 ... didn't answer, been calling past 5 day, so far 9 messages left, saying "Whatever" then hanging up?

I'm just really tired of these people. All day long and up until 9 calling,calling,calling. They tell me they are a school I ask where they are calling from they tell me my own address lmao how are yall in my livingroom and to please leave nope they didnt get it. Please if this site is real stop the insanity!!!! When you call back it says phone number is disconnected

Called me twice.  First time I missed the call.  The second time I answered it.  Lots of noise in background, but he spoke fluent English.  He mumbled something and I asked him to repeat what he said.  He wanted my opinion on vacations.  I told him my phone was on the DNC list and for him to remove it, and I hung up.  We shall see if he calls back again.

214-446-0261 Caller had Indian accent. I told caller I was in Mumbai too and we both we're chatting about a restaurant (who knows what i was talking about/ and I'm not from Mumbai, I just can mimic the accent real well) and I was busting out laughing the entire time. Good times. This number is based out of India that has a 500 employed call center.

How can I block these numbers on a regular phone do you know.  I don't! Thanks for the advice if you decide to answer me.

They friggin call all the darn time. Several times a day.  Leave no message.  I said hello today and all they said was hello!

Calls my cell phone.  I do not answer.

Calls numerous times per day, never leaves a message.
if we pick up, a man with an East Indian accent asks to speak to my high school age son.
Claims he wants to help him with school. Starts asking for all kinds of personal information.
He won't say who he works for.
We have asked to be taken off his calling list at least a dozen times. He just hangs up on us and calls back a couple hours later with the same scenario. Bizarre behavior.
If we call the number back, you only get a rapid busy signal.
Soooo annoying. Stop Calling!

I've received several calls from this number 2144460261...... no message and when i try to call back i get "the number you are trying to reach is no longer in service please try again" or no ring at all or just a busy signal.....id really like to know what this number truly is if its a scam number or some kids with an ipod prank number either way its annoying as heck........

Pls put this caller on a do not call list , im tired of these unwanted calls from this number.

I got called by this number several times. Its soooo annoying!!!!

My cell phone has received several calls from this number in the last two months, in spite of me having asked them early on to take me off their call list.  At times I have tried to call the number back, but my phone has returned a recording that it was a non-working number.  On the last call I received, the caller identified himself as "Sam" and said he wanted to talk to me about "education."  When I asked his last name, he said "Smith."  When I indicated that I didn't believe him, he hung up.  The guy could barely speak English, so perhaps he didn't understand me ...

this number called me several times in a week, each time they were for a different reason, like diabetes testing, real estate, education, and last time they called for health insurance, each time they sounded foriegn and never answered my questions. it was only after i removed an add i had posted on craigslist that the calling finally stopped

Received call from unidentified person on May 01,2013

This number has called me twice today. Didn't answer. and no voicemail was left. This is so frustrating. I has several calls over the weekend from various numbers. :/

This number continues to call me. I told them to stop calling and they said no.

The Do Not Call list doesn't prevent ANY calls.  It is just a list of people's phone numbers who have registered,  who do not wish to be called for Telemarketing purposes.  This list is then purchased by Businesses who Telemarket for profit. (Telemarketing = Telephone sales of goods and services)  There are many exemptions and exceptions brought on by circumstances.  Point being,  the DNC has no mechanical or otherwise capabilities to block or prevent any unwanted calls whether you are on the list or not.

Then how do you know that the DNC list applies to this caller?

I also have received calls from this #.  Tried to call back call did not go through.  I wish they would get real jobs and leave me alone.

This phone call came last nite and then again today.  I told the UNAMERICAN person that I was on the Do Not Call list and that I was going to report him.  He said he was calling from Education Linked.

Why does the Do Not Call List prevent this kind of call?

Who ever is calling I'm not going to answer any of your calls ever, so quite calling, your just wasting your time.

calls me 2 times a day no message I don't answer

This number kept calling me for 3 or 4 days so I finally answered and they hung up. They called back 6 hours later and the number came up 11-214-446-0261. Before I had answered it only showed up as 214-446-0261. I called back 6 times and it automatically hangs up before it even rings. I guess some people are just really strange.

This company has called me several times a day for the last week. I answered the first one not sure if it was an emergency b/c I have friends in Dallas, but no one was there so I hung up immediately.  They never leave a message.  I'm also on DNC list but it hasn't stopped them.  Sick of them calling.

This # 214-446-0261 calls 2 or 3 times a week. Usually no one picks up the other end or the person on the other end mispronounces my name (Wayne) badly. "I say who?" Then they hang-up. A few days later they call again. AT&T wants $4.99 to add blocking. I may change carriers do to costs., Why doesn't somebody take care of callers like this legally????? If people got fined or jailed maybe it would stop or slow down. Other #'s have come up in the past and it lasts months.

Caller requested to speak with my husband (first name only).  I asked who is calling and he hung up.  We are on the Do Not Call registry.
