I got a text asking me for my information saying they needed to send me a payment for my services. I have no idea who it is.

the company is located in India Ahmadabad and the name of the company is pioneer solution.

The number he is using now is   707-238-8518 and the name he is using isBrian King. Numerious calls and threating incarceration.  Just Hang up,Do NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION

Same thing here too - call from some middle eastern accented dude (name came up as Varun Bhosle on caller ID) asking for someone I don't know.  I've received numerous calls from this guy - on this call he was "Don White" but he's used multiple names etc.  Reported to police and phone company!

I AM GETTING CALLS FROM THE SAME NUMBER AND IT IS ABOUT THE SAME THING. BUT HE WENT FURTHER TO CALL MY JOB SAYING HE WAS MY NEIGHOR AND MY MOTHER WAS KILLED IN A VERY BAD CAR ACCIDENT.MY MOTHER HAS BEEN GONE FOR OVER 4 YEARS. WHAT KIND OF PERSON WOULD DO THIS

I have gotten calls from 214-449-0158. The guy that call me said his name is Richard. Refuse to give me info on the payday loan, I am suppose to owe. I do not answer my phone when I see that number. He leaves a message. I erase them.

This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not give them any information. I contacted an attorney and they adviced me to hang up. These people are not here. They have a phoney website as well.

They have been calling my home, work and cell harrassing me for money owed saying I will lose my job etc. If you are reading this please do not send them your info. They are a scam. They are not even in the states. I repeat just hang up on them.

Repeatedly calls for someone who is not at this number and will not stop calling. I have told them repeatedly they are calling the wrong number but they don't seem to listen. Very heavy Indian accent and hard to understand. Getting frustrated with multiple phone calls though

Also, you all can report this to the federal commissions office, they keep track of this kind of stuff and have computer techs who investegate these scams.

I have been called at work twice in the last two days by a man with a very heavy accent.
He has also called me at home twice in the past (a few months ago) and once recently.
He was threatening me and saying that I owed him money. he also said I would be in legal trouble. Very heavy accent and could not understand I asked him repeatedly who he was and from what company. Very garbled I finally said I do not know who you are but do not owe you any money and I never borrowed any on line. He had my SS# and my email. I am going to the bank and check this out. Glad to know I am not alone, but sorry to see there are so many of us being harassed. If the person or persons read these messages, you will be caught eventually. You have broken many laws.

I too have gotten phone calls at work and home regarding a legal matter, he said, a man named Jeff Michaels @214-449-0158. He said I got a loan from them and my company and they were taking me to court because I didn't pay them back. I told him there was no such transaction and he couldn't even pronounce my name correctly. I hung up on him and said I had no idea who he was and I didn't confirm my SS or my email with him. He said they had a case against me and if I didn't call him back my FICA score would go down 25 points. Can we call the BBB ?

It is because they are not a real company. It is a scam.

Unbelievable! I got a call too! And they say I am a reference on my sisters cash advance loan. They told me that if we didn't take care of the balance that we would BOTH be in trouble. I called them back and told them about U.S. law and that it is illegal to provide me with such information and if this were a true company they would know that and know all they could say is it is a PERSONAL MATTER. He tried to interrupt me on my rant and I told him not to interrupt me and he ended up hanging up on me.

Same thing here...keep getting a call from a "Gary Smith" with a heavy middle eastern accent.  They threatened to send cops to my home. TOTAL SCAM.

I received a call from 3 different people by the same telephone number (214-449-0158). All of the callers are male and the names that were given were: Kevin Worley, Mark Howley, & Mark Henry (none of whom speak very good English and very hard to understand what they're saying). On all 3 messages I was threatened with an arrest warrent for fraud. I have never taken out any loans other than for my car and that was through the dealership in which I bought it. I have traced the number to a landline for a house in Dallas, TX but am unable to get a more specific address.

Received call from this number it was an indian guy, first couple times they left voicemails ( which is great because it gave me evidence of harrassment) got the number traced to Plano TX.  Will be contacting the police to investigate and see where it leads.  Obviously this is going on everywhere.  If you apply for a loan online, that's how they get your number and information.  I called the number back and you could hear kids in the background.  I'm sure these immigrants don't know that this is illegal and they can be arrested for this harrassment.  We should all inform our local PD about these calls and notify the PD of this blog so they know it's going on everywhere....not just locally.

Got a call from this number for my mother, saying she had a online payday loan that they were collecting for, I told them they had the wrong number. Less than a minute after I hung up, I got a call from 845-360-0920, same Indian man's voice. He kept saying over and over, "Will you put my dick in your mouth?"  I had the phone number changed and have reported both numbers to the FTC.  I got really mad because the number he called happened to be my 13 yr old daughters number. Luckily, she doesn't answer numbers she doesn't recognize.

THIS IS A SCAM! Man yells trying to get you to pay for something you do not even owe! He says he is going to send cops to your place of employment. I told him I was aware this is a scam and I would notify the authorities if he continued calling me. He yelled at me and hung up.

Got a call from the same person claiming i owe money. they are scammers.

The same idiot keeps calling me about the same stupid thing.  And he has the nerver to keep calling back.  I will try to get more information and turn him over to the FBI because I never got a loan from anyone and I am tired of this non speaking english arrogant prick.  So anything anyone can tell me do so, So I will have all the information I can for the FBI

I am receiving unwanted, harassing phone calls from this number and several others. Same thing: Middle Eastern man with very thick accent saying his name is Jeff something. They are very rude, hang up on me when I try to ask them to prove I owe a debt to them (which I DO NOT) and threaten me as well. How can this be legal?! They have also started calling people on my contact list and telling them I owe them money as well! They left a threatening voice mail message at my place of employment which is UNACCEPTABLE!! What can we do legally to prevent these calls?

These people keep calling and harassing me and this is not the only number that I get these calls from and they really need to stop calling me.

I continue to receive calls from this number - and when I have asked for the paperwork for this "law suit", they always tell me to give them the name of my attorney because only they can deal with this.  I am not an idiot, I am tired of dealing with these people, and this isn't the first time I have had calls from this "legal firm".

I WOULD ALSO IKE TO KNOW WHO TO REPORT THEM TO, I CALLED MUY LOCAL SHERRIF DEPT, THEY STATED COULD FILE A REPORT

I wish I could shoe bomb this agency, I have been threatened daily and have threatened them back. Probably shouldn't drop to their level but what a crock. Same thing I power a debt with which I never received and I'm about to get arrested apparently. Wish I could triangle choke these people mark watson our Rashid whatever their real names are. If anyone has info on their location it would be greatly appreciated my best guess is india.

I had the same issue and could not understand the man, who said his name was Gary Smith, when I ask to speak with someone else he hung up on me, then proceeded to call my work number.

First, they started with my daughter, then my son and now these nonenglish speaking people are trying to scam me. I know what they saying isn't true cuz if i owed the bank, the bank would contact me directly. I like the course of action that Michelle took and will use that dialogue to put an end to these annoying phone calls.
