Called me from another number previously, 888-559-5514 and claimed to have the legal paperwork to take me to court. Bring it!!!

Have u still not heard from them again?  This number has been calling me stating they r going to send the police to my house.... And they call like 6 times a day

This Dale guy called me from a a(214) 575-5104 Dallas, TX and said he was a debt collector and said that he was making a final attempt to "collect a debt" and offering me a payment plan of $50 a month. At first I started to believe this guy but then I remembered my mother in law had fallen victim to a similar scam. So then I got a bit of a smart a** attitude and the guy was sounding irritated...he then said it was the final offer before they take me to court and it was only good for today. I told him I "didn't" have a bank account and he sounded upset and said  "how do you not have a bank account?!? Don't you have direct deposit??!!" I lied and said I get a paper check and that I don't like to deal with banks. He then went on to saying that they were going to send police officers to my home and job to arrest me because I wasn't cooperating with them. I then told him to just email me the information and I would go over it because I was at work. He had the nerve to tell me "we'll that's nothing problem, if you would pay your bills like you're supposed to, you would never be in this situation...so just give me you're account number and we can get this taken care of so we don't have to take you to court" I told them they could kiss me where the sun don't shine!! And hung up! ^__^ needless to say...they never called back!!

This person said he was with the "county"...didn't express anything else.  Something about getting a judgement...which are all threats...they can't put a judgement on anything that is unsecured...hang up...don't give into the hype

A man called me from this number and said he was with the Law Office of 'then he mumbled the name' I could not understand him even after listening to the message 3 times. His msg. stated they were going to file a judgement against me in Dallas County. He also recalled items from our credit report. He left msg on my work phone and cell. Who is this?

Repeated phone calls from 888-559-5514, by a man named Dale Adams, claiming to be a private investigator.
States he works for a collection company, spouts off all my personnal information, and even states he was at my home several months ago.
Threatens if I do not give him my bank account number and set up automatic withdrawals, I will be sued immediately.

These people calling from this number and "company" are the skum of the earth.  There could not be a lower form of human life.  I'm not sure they even deserve the title, Human, attached to them.  I can just picture these losers in a large room on the 14th floor of some building.  Nothing but desks, cubicles, phones.  Lots of phones. Fast food wrappers everywhere. Every reject that couldn't make it in society employed there.  Sitting around laughing about how they made someone cry, made someone beg and plead with them, made someone angry, made someone dip into their savings, made someone cuss and scream at them (who got called the worst name today?? haha).  Smoking cigarettes by the pack, no, by the carton.  Leather-faces, fatass, pieces of crap. Outcast nothings in high school on a power trip behind a phone and computer.  Quoting and throwing out attorney names in their threats.  Probably names of attorneys that bailed their sorry a** out of jail. Wheeling threats of humiliation, manipulation, bullying innocent people.  Using scare tactics to intimidate people out of their money.  Essentially lone sharks with the INC. on the end of their names.  How could Experian sell our information to these loathsome losers?  Our personal most precious information in the hands of this trash.  And I'm going to give and put my money in the hands of these skumbuckets?  I don't think so.  
DO NOT FEAR THESE PEOPLE.  THEY ARE ALL TALK AND IF THEY DO TRY TO DO SOMETHING, GET AN ATTORNEY TO SHUT THEM DOWN.  THIS IS NOT HOW THE WORLD OF FINANCES IS SUPPOSED TO ACT.  THESE A**LES ARE BREAKING THE LAW. I DO NOT RESPOND TO THREATS IN A POSITIVE MANNER.  SEE NOW YOU HAVE PISSED ME OFF - SO YOU SHOULD BE THE ONE WORRIED.

I just got a message from this person myself....supposedly has all my information which he went on to dictate...most of which is wrong.  I would just delete the message.

we just received a call from a Dale Adams claiming he was an investigator working for an attorney.  Threatening. We have no idea what he is talking about or how he got our information. Gave a call back number of 8885595574.

tHSI PERSON CALLED ME HAS ALL MY INFORMATION EX. SOCIAL # DATE OF BIRTH,ADDRESS AND EVERYTHING..STATES HE IS FORM THE COUNTY DEPT AND GOING TO TAKE ME TO COURT FOR A CREDIT CARD THAT I DONT OWE..AND THREATS ON HIS CALL.
