i got a call phone this guy mike who told me that they were going to have me arrested on felony fraud charges... he also told me that i had 1 hour to get the money they were asking for or else they were going to have metro police arrest me...  i had my attorney call them back and they kept hanging up on him when he identified himself as an attorney...  this is truly a fraud company!!!

If you look at their listing at www.lookupbook.com, Weinberg etal claim to be in the "medical alarm" business. This in itself shows you how shady these jerks really are. It took a lot of effort to find this info, so PLEASE USE IT!  I now even have the owner's personal phone number and address so my lawyer can have them served properly. They hire scumbags to do their dirty work. Ex-cons, crackheads etc. and I'm "Verita" and "Tamblyn" are two of their "employees".  These people don't know the law so they just do whatever is necessary to get this fake "debt" paid. Probably funding their crack addictions. If they call again, feel free to say these things to them. As you probably know already they are a complete joke. They use illegal tactics to get people to pay for debts that don't exist. They were actually licensed to do collections but their license expired in December 2010. Therefore, what they are doing is a crime punishable by fines and/or jail time. They're all a bunch of C U Next Tuesdays and will be paying for what they've been doing very soon. I have hired a lawyer and they are going to be served some papers for a lawsuit. Not only that, but I am calling the Florida Licensing Board and letting them know that these POS's are operating with an expired license. They called my phone and left a message on my phone looking for my brother whom I do not talk to very much. I called to see what they needed and when I told them I didn't know my brothers address just that area he lived in the hung up on me. So being a stuben women I called back and yelled at them telling them I was calling to help them out and for them to never call me again. I gave the message to my brother and he called them and they crused him out! And my brother does not and never has used checks. That is a family policy that no one uses them.

This is a real company! I did my research on Mr.Cohen & its legit. He helped me with a worthless check and got my name cleared this is real.!

Mr.Cohen is not a hoax he will work with you on a bad check if you dont call he will prosecute you that 214 number is real you better call it back I no becuz I went to the loan company that I dealt with and thats the number I got from the loan company so im tellin everyone you better contact him he means buisness

Michael Cohen left me message to call him back regarding some person I have no idea who they are. Said was calling from Fraud & worthless check division regarding certain case#. my name came up as an affiliate of this person. Also said govern yourself accordingly & good luck. Tried to call the number back blocking my number and all I got was voice mail. Sounds fishy to me!!

Mike Cohen left a message saying he was from the Fraud Check Division and a person named Kenneth with the same last name as me is a person of interest and I have been named as an affiliate. He said I need to call back right away, left this number, then said "protect yourself and good luck". Sounds like a total scam.

A Mike Call called and said he was investigating a fraud from jacklyn  Cigany and wanted me to return his call, which I did not.
