This phone no has started to call me.  Now I know that they are bogus and will be able to handle it using a foreign langaue on them!

I  received some internet payday loans in 2005, but thought I paid them back by 2006 since the companies took 3 of my entire direct deposits from my job from my bank. I received a call at work this Spring from a Financial Crimes Division telling me that I owed them for $3995.00 worth of internet payday loans. They threatened to pick me up at either my work or residence if I didn't pay by 4:30 PM that day. I was very scared because I was already embarrassed at work because they told them who they were and the three charges that they threatened to file sounded very serious. They were: 1) violation of federal banking regulations, 2)theft by deception and 3) collatoral check fraud. I feel very foolish about this now, but I paid them the $3995.00 over several months. On July 15th, 2008, I paid the last payment of 400. dollars to them. They called within two hours saying that two more loans had come across their desks concerning me and wanted another $1760. from me by the close
 of day that day, July 15th. I told them I could not pay since I had already given them money that very day. I have been called by "Roger Clark", "Alex Cooper" and "Don Wilson". I put them in quotations because they have VERY thick Indian accents, but use American sounding names. These people call me at least 10 times per day. I have called the FBI in my region, Columbia, SC and my police department. The FBI and police department told me not to answer the phone and not be scared, but I cannot help it. An FBI agent told me to ask them for a written confirmation of the contract that I had taken out with the payday loan companies. I did so, and they told me they could not do that since they already had an affidavit signed and the information had not yet been made public. I called the FBI back and they told me to ask them what county they were "downloading"  my case to, since these were the terms they were using,  and which judge signed the affidavit. Don Wilson got mad about my
 telling him that I had contacted the FBI and simply told me to "Let the FBI do their job; I am not telling you anything else since you are not an attorney. I have contacted the FTC and tommorrow I will be contacting my states Attorney Generals office. The numbers they have called my from are 1-214-518-5899 and 1-214-518-58

I AM SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY HARRASING ME AT MY JOB ON MY CELL PHONE REGARDING A PAYDAY LOAN IN 2005.IVE ASK THEM FOR INFORMATION ON THE LOAN COMPANY AND A COPY OF THE AFFADAVIT WHICH THEY SAID ITS ILLEGAL FOR ME TO GET A COPY OF.THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY INFO ALLS THEY SAY IS GO TO A STORE AND MONEYGRAM THE MONEY AND THEN THE WILL GIVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I NEED TO KNOW.I BELIEVE THIS IS A JOKE AND IM NOT APPRECIATING THEM BOTHERI NG ME AT WORK AND THREATEN ME TO CALL THEM BACK BY TELLING ONE OF MY CO-WORKERS IF I DONT CALL THEM BACK IN 10MINS. I WILL BE IN A LEGAL MESS I DONT THINK MY INFORMATION SHOULD BE TOLD TO ONE OF MY CO WORKERS THATS MY PERSONAL BUSINESS AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLD TO ANYONE ELSE.

SOMEONE BUYT THE NAME OF MICHAEL HOPKINS KEEPS CALLING AND SAID HE IS FROM US NTIONAL BANK CRIME DIVISION AND THAT I OWE THEM SOME MONEY FOR A PAYDAY LOAN.
I INFORMED THEM THAT I OWE THEM NOTHING AND HE SAID THEY HAVE MY SS# AND THAT
PROVES IT WAS ME TO BORROWED THE MONEY. I INFORMED THEM THAT I WILL HAVE MY ATTORNEY CONTACT HIM AND TO STOP CALLING. THE NUMBER THEY HAD LEFT TO CALL BACK ON WAS 214-618-5898, BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT COMES UP ON THE CALLER ID.

I keep getting these phone calls also and I am very tired of it. They have started calling me from a private number and the man that left a message said that his name is Gary Jackson (funny, american name with a very heavy accent). His message said that I need to call 214-618-5899 and if they don't hear back from me then all they can say is Good Luck and who knows what will happen. I don't appreciate being threatened by some foreigner. I actually spoke to someone from their so called department a couple of months ago and they said I also had unpaid loans from 2005 and I'm going to be in big trouble when I know I paid those loans off and if I hadn't wouldn't I be contacted through the companies I took them out with first? And when I spoke to them then they also refused to send me any kind of documentation of what I owe. They scared me from the beginning too but I'm not scared anymore. I really don't think our local police department is going to take time out of their busy days working with people that have committed real crimes to come lock us up over a so called unpaid debt. By the way, I also looked up the number to US National Bank and spoke to someone there and he said that no one at his company would speak to or threaten any of their customers that way, even he thinks it's bogus!!!

I've been getting these calls for about 4 or 5 years now. I think it relates to an Internet loan I took out then, that I paid. They also refuse to mail me any papers. Also, they've threatened to "come get me" or "send me to jail." Now, I know these threats are bogus. I just wish they would stop calling! When I return their calls and yell at them, they just hang up on me. I think I might get a lawyer.

I had a online payday loan in 2005 I paid it off. I have fax to 2 companys the information showing it was paid, I didn't hear anything for a few years and now in the last 4 months I have recived calls for an office becker and allen hill both that sound like they are from india.  they keep calling my work.  thank god i work for a good company and understand.  i have gone to the police when i was told there is a warren for me and was told they have nothing on file.

I have received calls from this company as well...I actually did some research and found the ABC did a special on this company...noone has been able to file any charges because they are very good at hiding out behind the internet..do not pay them anything without proof of any supposed loan.

These guys also go by the names Alex Cooper and Don Wilson. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was a scam when they called and threatened me at work this past spring. I paid them $4000. On the very day that I finished paying, they called me back saying I had two more loans. I investigated this time and have not paid them a sent. I have reported them to the FTC and dept. of consumer affairs!

i had a car scam almost a year ago with the same name...james maxwell. it never ends!

I received a call the other day from James Maxwell, 214-618-5899 stating I owed US National Bank money and if I didn't take care of it by 3:30 the next day, they would download an affadavit against me for check fraud, theft by deception...He has a very thick accent and after much difficulty, I got from him he was calling from US Investigations concerning a payday loan from 2005.  I told him I was not giving him any information, this is the first I've heard about this and would call him back after I did some checking on my own.  I asked him to mail me paperwork on this and he said he couldn't, that the warrant would be done on Friday and I would end up owing $8000.00.  He also said he was with the FCD, Financial Crimes Division.  I asked which branch of the government he worked for and would not answer.  I called the local Secret Service the next day, they said it sounded like a scam and that they had no one by that name working for them.  After reading all the postings on this number, I now am calling the FTC and anyone else who will take this complaint.  It is very upsetting to get a call like this and needs to be stopped. Even if I owed this money, this is not how the collection should be handled.  I wonder how many people they have already taken for money.

They left a message at my job, stating his name was Roger Clark.  Said me or my attorney should call him back.  Had a very heavy accent.

i work 3rd shift, my department says someone calls all day from us national bank. they do not speak good english, now they are saying they are from ibm it is a scam

The caller stated that his name was James Maxwell, and that there was a litigation against me. When I asked what they wanted, they were very rude and never gave me a straight answer. I hung up on them . They are continuing to call my work number. I have notified my boss and the receptionist that this is a scam.
