They kept on calling and calling and even after telling them to stop they keep calling, I'm an owner as well so why the heck they keep calling. I even upgraded already and still you get the calls. They are loosing the battle since big hotels are turning into timeshares too, and they also just got bought by a bigger company. They always offer you some crappy free deals like a weekend at their resorts (Which are on decay) and keep you a whole day selling and selling until you cave, even after you say no, they even block you from leaving. We enjoy our time share but only because we promised not to get ripped off, and get as much free as we can. However must new owners are getting ripped off, and don't get the deals we did got in the past.

I have been call twice in less than 24 hrs by number 214-637-2009. They asked for people I don't know and seemed to be persistent.

Maybe you could say you were going to call your attorney.  We bought a time share but would like to be out of it because we do not think we are ever going to use it.  They constantly call for us to upgrade.  I am feed up with them.  We went to a long winded sales pitch and I think my husband bought just to shut them up.  We have a teenager and she definably will not go with us on weekends.  She plays soccer.  I work on the weekends and am involved in things for my church.  If I get any time off I wish to go visit my children and grandkids.

Me too! I have talked to several different departments, even their managers, and they will NOT stop calling, I don't know what to do to get them to stop!

I think I know how this is...I believe it is Silverleaf Resorts. They have an office located in Dallas, TX and call me all the time even though I have told them to stop.

A caller identified as James Waters called my cell phone and asked to speak with two different guys about a "personal matter". When asked about details, the caller claimed that he was not at liberty to discuss.
