have received the call several times but have not answered. Wonder who they are.

same here,maybe its the way you say hello or there checking to see if you are home??????????

This number calls every night and when I answer, they hang up. Very bothersome.

Please block these pest! I do not understand why the National Do Not Call register does not stop them.

They call and hangup

I was called twice last night and I answered because of the tornado in that area.  Nothing there.  Now, I have received two calls today, 5/16.  I am not answering any more.  If they really wanted something, they would leave a message.

Same as the others on here...rings, I answer, and then their machine hangs up.  Calling back you get an answering machine identifying them as EP Marketing Research.

They called yesterday around 3pm.  I didn't hear it ring because Digitone blocked it.

Received two calls from this number today, at 5:07PM and 8:57PM. The first time the call showed up as Out of Area. The second time it showed up as Unknown Caller. Didn't leave a message. I called the number and got a recording saying they were ET Research and to leave a message. I did...we'll see if it helps.

Received several calls from this number and no one on the other end. Very irritating especially after 9pm.

Received several calls from this number today (5/14/2013).  Silence on the other end.  Must be checking to see if anyone answers.  Is there any way to report this as a harrassing phone call?

I've answered since I know people that live in that area code. they called me twice today. No one speaks then the line does dead.

Same here, just received a call on 5/15/2013 at 7:54pm, i answered - they hung up, i called # and states "technical difficulties" can't be reached ??  wth?

Bet he could stop them. 2 calls today. Just noise on the line. This is not trying to collect a debt, this is pure HARASSMENT. Let's call it what it is. There time is coming.

Hung up when I said Hello.

Caller ID said Dallas TX. I answered after the second ring and heard an immediate disconnect.  I didn't even get a chance to dial in my call-blocker code.  What is the purpose of calling and hanging up when someone answers?  I get these calls all the time that list only a city and state.  I am on a Do Not Call list and it seems to be completely ignored.

I did not answer and they hung up on the answering machine.

I received a call around 3:30 pm from 214-702-2298, same thing they called I answered and they hung up. I called back and a answering service came on saying ET research, lave a message.

5/15 received call at 3:24 PM no answer and hung up.

Received a call from 214-702-2298 that came up as "out of area" at 3:10 PM.  I answered and there was silence.  I have proceeded to block the number.

Got a call 5/15/13. Nobody answered. It then went to clicks and loud whistling sound. Very irritating.

214-702-2298 Calling several days, multiple times. I ignored. Since they are consistent I have today added to Digitone - which actually works. I won't hear them call anymore, but it will be listed on Digitone as blocked. I have an "Out of Area" call twice daily from some mystery source. I guess they will never go away because it's actually been a couple of weeks now. However, Digitone blocks it so I don't know they called unless I look at Digitone. I'm  thinking it must be a RoboCall because Digitone grabs it before it rings, waits 8 seconds, then disconnects. You would think a human would give up after hearing that for two weeks.
