I received the call from this number all state Industries regarding if I can buy from them, when I told them that I was not interested his response was rude and wanted to buy his promo product

Don't know who this is or why they're calling but asked for the owner of my workplace. Alarm bells go off (as we get sales calls 30 times a day) and I replied "We are in no need to anything that you're selling". Guy was very rude and hung up on me. Caller ID says company called 'Dialer Eight'.

Keep calling identify themselves as Allstate Industrial. Joked around and acted like a real jerk when I asked what the call was about.

They called at 7:30 in the morning and said he was Brad Gall from All State. It shows up on my phone as All State Industries. It sounded like he was in a room with a lot of other people talking.
