Received a call from this scam company using a dialer.  Asked who they are, what their address is, etc... they refused to answer until I was transferred to another person.. Had to call back 4 times to finally get some clear answers.  They are certainly racking up the violations.  Recorded them refusing to provide their Bond information, and failed to read the mini Miranda.  $2500 per violation and I have 3 of them recorded.  Companies like this need to get their act together.

I will be sending demand for their violaions to their office in Irving Texas, as this is where they appear to be calling form.
With the recording I have I'm sure there are at least 10 FTC violations.

This number has been calling my cell phone for almost a week. They never leave a message and when I finally answered it and said hello no one was there.

I just got a call from this number and they said they were from Checksystems and were doing an investigation. It sounds like a scam or a debt collector.

I recieved a call from this number 214-736-4789,soon after i answered it there was a one minute silence and it went dead thereafter,and when i tried to call back it came as a non working number.
