Chase Roberts called many times last week and earlier today. Had no idea what he was calling for but I found out he is from Karlson and Matthews!

A man from Karlson and matthews calls me constantly!

This number called me several times, even on the weekends! Turns out it was Karlson and Matthews..collection agency.

This number called me non stop obviously I thought it was the telemarketers..... I finally answer so they would stop calling me. Chase Roberts was the callers name, he was very persistant/genuine and wanted to help me collect $$ from past due accounts. I usually don't trust collection agencies so I didn't use them.

How can I stop these calls?

Getting constant calls from this company trying to get me to give them some bad checks I had..
Now they won't leave me alone....  it's gotten to the point of near harassment..


STOP CALLING ME!!!

Considering the posts above, do you really think anyone believes this is not from an employee (or the owner) of Karlson & Matthews?  This is a complaints board...suddenly we are seeing "unsolicted" praise for a company whose owner, Karl Stanley, was a principal of another agency that closed down after collecting money for clients and keeping the money?  And that praise specifically addresses the client being paid?

Face it, everyone is on to you.

I own a company based in fl. I was contacted by a Chase Roberts 07/17 around 1pm. We spoke and discussed an account that I had for collections that was currently with another agency and had been for 2months. He stated give me 72hrs to try and no charge if nothing happened, I gave him the account to leave me alone. I got a call the next morning from my client willing to settle for 27K, 3K short of the balance but with it being 2yrs old and the other agency already lying to me and stating it was being resolved i decided to take it. Chase's firm had the debtor send me the check and he invoiced me for his fee. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I will definitley use them in the future and refer to everyone.

My lawyer called me after this Steven Matthews found an old invoice that my partner claimed he had paid. I finally spoke with Karlson Matthews and he was decent to me.  After 4 years his client wanted interest but I just figured pay up. He processed a check by phone about a month later I ran into the guy I owed at a tradeshow in Atlanta. He said he just got paid that day by Karlson and Matthews and gave me their number. Im going to use them. They seem genuine good company.

Karlson and Matthews called me a man named Chase Roberts. Very nice man helped us get back money we wrote off three years!! Thank you Karlson & Matthews.
