I ALSO RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE... THAT IT IS DUE TO EXCESSIVE USAGE MY OUTBOUND CALL IS SUSPENDED.... WHY IS IT LIKE THIS? IM TRYING TO CALL 2148845124 BUT IT TRANSFER DIRECTLY TO ITS VOICEMAIL..

I just spent 3 hours on this very issue 19/11/09 and now told they are upgrading this issue to the Tech Eng's and to wait 4 to 6 hours and it should work.. I have a feeling they got HACKED but then I also read online that people in 2008 have had this same issue.. strange!

Calls from my magic jack are met with a recording saying I should call 214-884-5124 "due to unusual call volume" from my number, so that I can receive "an update." I called and there wass just a lot of beeping and the call ended.

everytime i call my home phone number it directs me to call this number. what is this number.
