got a call from this number  214-884-5168 stated i was approved for a $500.00 loan i told them not to call my phone any more the person had a very heavy indian accent could not understand, peopl get a life

Calls, hangs up and if the answer is a sham.  Wants to send package, must pay up front, etc.etc. delivering for UPS,

Very heavy Indian accent extremely hard to understand told me my loan that I had applied for was approved.  I told the caller I have never applied for a loan and that I needed all information on the loan so I may file an identity theft charge. Caller hung up.  I received 2 more calls from this number within 4 minutes of the original call.  I called the number back and was given a recording that the magic jack customer was not available and their mailbox was full.
I believe this is a phishing scam.

I got this phone call 2 asking if had taken birth control I said hell ya most men I know take it and hung up tryed to call back but no one picked up

I received a call from (321)773-4400 and the male on the other end said I was entitled to compensation from some sort of bladder surgery. I told him I never had that kind of surgery, he then went on to ask if I had ever taken any kind of birth control such as Yaz, and again I said no. Now he continued with antidepressants, and my answer was still no. Then he asked about bladder surgeries again and again I said no. Then he said to me,"so you have never had any surgeries?", I then told him that I had carpal tunnel surgery and he asked me if this was on my bladder! I told him it was done on my hands, he said," hands?", I explained hands with fingers attached. He couldn't understand me so he told me he was going to get his supervisor. The supervisor then said,"you have had bladder surgery, yes?" I told him no, then asked him to please remove my name from their calling list, and he told me I had a very beautiful name, and I said thank you. Then he asked if I would like to f-ck with him! I was sure I heard him wrong , so I said excuse me and he repeated it again, and asked if my address was blankblankblank (which was my address) and if he could come over and f-ck with me!!! I then told him I was calling the police to make a report and he hung up! WOW!! The police told me they get at least 100 calls a week about the same thing and that if you do not recognize the number then do not answer the call. CAN NOTHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS???? P.S. When I called back the number it says, the majic jack customer you have called is unable to take your call,please leave your message after the tone, sorry that mailbox is full.

Keep getting calls from this number, saying I got approved for a $3,000 to $5,000 and need $195.00 for verification, not it's a Scam'!!!!!!!!!!

This number calls me everyday! leaves no message, when I call back it states magic jack mailbox is full. I have no clue who this person is!!!

I keep getting phone calls from them, sometimes they are silent, so I say Hello people from Texas and they hang up. The few times they have gotten on the phone its a very hard to understand Indian guy who says something about me having surgery...and I tell him I have never had that surgery and hand up, he calls back, he even called my work number.

I don't buy that for a second. First they asked if I had recently had surgery. No. He insisted I had, so they I asked if I had ever had surgery. No. So then they asked if ANYONE in my family had EVER had surgery. No. Then they asked about B.C. pills. No. Antidepressants? No. I.U.D.? No.  And I was then hung up on. They were just fishing for something.... anything. Besides, medical records are supposed to be private. Between you, your doc and insurance. No third parties. Period.

I received an email from advance America about a loan, the phone number he gave was 214-884-5168. He said his name is Ryan Davis but the email wasn't correct English, a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes. I don't know how they got my email, but I'm guessing its part of the same scam.

I received an e-mail from advanceamericapaydayloan75232@gmail.com for a loan that I am not taking.  it lists the loan officer as Ryan Davis from Advance America Payday Loan with thins number. Funny how this number could be attached to medical company, an attorney office and Advance America Payday Loan.  I believe this is a scam since the e-mail is written in very poor English (not professionally written).  For example, I am send you attachment of the loan apporove confirmation plan is not correctly written.  I have had numerous solidification from loan companies, law firms trying to collect on loans I never took and the time I take to document these scams is definitely takes away from my day.  

I have gotten around 10 calls form a different number( 305-507-4387) but sounds like the same people. Thick Indian accents and this morning a Chinese sounding woman. All in noisy rooms. Calling about medical compensation. One guy asked me if I had a vaginal mesh implant! When I told him no-he then moved on to questions about antidepressants. That is when I stopped the conversation by hanging up. I have requested twice to have my number removed from the call list. This has got to be a scam!!!

keeps calling my job asking me about some birth conrol pills that i never took before. how they got my job number is beyond me. i want the calls to stop.

I received a call from a person which an Indian accent.  He said I am entitled to medical compensation because they have on record that in the past I took birth control and suffered complications.  He wanted to know what type of birth control pill it was and the type of complications.  I asked him what company he was calling from  (Women's Medical Compensation) - I googled it while he was on the line.  NO Such place.  I told him to send the information about his company and the questions to me in the mail.  And I was not going to give him my address.  Whatever means provided my cell number would have been able to provide my address.
He said he couldn't send anything out in the mail until I answered the questions.  I told him I needed to refer back to my doctor about my medical history because I could not recollect.  I told him to give me his contact info and my doctor could call.  He declined and said he would call back in 5 days.  I am going to block the call now. He called from the number 347-759-6066.

I have received several calls from people with very heavy middle eastern accents, wanting to help me get medical compensation from medications that I have taken in the past as well as surgeries that I have had in the past.  I thought that my medical information is protected under The Health Information Privacy Protection Act.  The only way they can get my medical records is with my written consent.  I live in the state of Florida and I have asked them over and over not to call me any more.  My phones are all listing on the Do Not Call List, but when you tell the caller that, they say that doesn't cover them since they are not selling anything.   What really bothers me is that they can access my personal information that is not subject to Public record

Yeah, BS about having a claim through this number, you are probably in on it w them, I get calls daily from them, yesterday the guy told me to suck his d**k and called me a prostitute, I acted nice when they called me today to try to find out where to call them back or to mail info to and he hung up, even if they are trying to scam us why didn't he let me find out more info, maybe I am dumb and want to send money, I don't get it, is this just to harass people?  Cause its working

I do not know the number, but it was from a guy with indian or chinese accent.  One day it was about birth control and he said he was from medical compensation.  Then I said sorry you have some incorrect information and hung up.  A couple days later it sounded like the same guy.  I asked for his work number. He said that was not allowed, but finally gave me a number 1 864 202 8046 - to nothing.  This day he said he was from US Medical Department in Austin TX.  When I continued to ask him questions and told him I thought it was a scam and fraud and i was on a do not call list and I would report him to the police he became upset.  He then threatened to kill me and he hung up.

Do not waste your time with 214-884-5168-  They are all people with Indian Accents and all they are up to no good..  Went to find where the number originates  so I went on to the internet and statrd it was a Dallas land line number.  If someone calls from that number just hang up.

Just got a call from 214-884-5168 asking about birthcontrol. When I refused to answer, asked to speak to a supervisor and told them to remove me from the call list the supervisor said "Ok wouldn't want to f__k you anyway"

I received a call from this number today -  They called about 4 times in an hour timespan everytime I had answered nobody picked up -  I called the number back and it sounded like a man from India. He had asked for someone I didn't know.  Told him he had a wrong number.  Asked me how to get ahold of this person.  Told him I didn't know this person.  He told me I was lying.  Told him I wanted to speak with his supervisor and he hung up on me.

I recieved a call from this number. When i answered they hung up. I called back an was asked the same questions as many of yous, also hard to unserstand the other person on the other end. The strange thing is they knew my name. when i called the # back they answered and addressed me by my name. That is scary to me. No my real name is not Jessica as shown above. Scam.....

I don't want these calls and it's getting very old.. Need to quit calling .. I will not answer them but they keep on calling

Just got a call from this number.  But I didn't answer.

I had the exact same thing happen to me a couple months ago. The call scared me enough I ended up calling the number the "carrier" left within 24 hrs. It sounded like a legit law firm for an oustanding debt I had possibly taken out online. I paid it and they faxed me a document showing the debt was now paid in full. It looks legit, but now I'm leary. I may still file a claim with my bank. Don't answer those calls. Definitely could be a scam. :(

Just had an incoming call on my cell from this number as well. If I don't know it, I won't answer it. No message was left, so it obviously wasn't important. First thought, SCAM. This has been a recurring problem for the past month or so, from different numbers. A few have left messages, and they are all foreign, with American names. Nice try. That's a dead giveaway right there. Just hit ignore and eventually they'll get the hint. It's extremely annoying, but no way will I be dumb enough to answer and talk to these A**H****!

I received a call from this number twice this week and didn't answer because I did not recognize the
number.  The caller never left a message and since the call was made on my cell phone, I will be blocking the call so he/she will not be able to contact me anymore!!!!

Hello! I got a call from that number, the person is not very well understood, called my name and then he said something about a medical compensation told him I was not fluent in English if there was someone who spoke Spanish. Then his tone turned hostile indicating that, he did not speak Spanish, kept talking and knew it was not a professional so I hung up. The person has a foreign accent and speak where many people talking. Beware do not be fooled!
