Got a call from this number, but no  message was left. A reverse lookup says it belongs to a Charles B. Caves who lives on N 31st Street in Philadelphia.

I never answer calls from unknown #'s. I am on my state and the national do not call lists.Nothing stops them from calling. They never leave a message.

Same as all above. Do not answer.

I get 1 to 3 calls a day from this number and there is never anyone on the line when I answer.  The calls come at all hours of the day and night.

we are on the do not call list and they keep calling us.

I also keep getting calls from this number.   I suspect its a dial out trunk as when you call it, the message says not in service.   There out to be  a law.   Oh yes, there is.   We need our lawmakers to cater to us and not corporate america.  IMHO
