Yep.  "Unknown Name: called at 9 PM on a Sunday night.  There oughta be a law. Bestids.

I can't believe these a** holes. Calling me on a Sunday night at 8:30. Screw them who ever they are.

This number called twice, the first  time they hung up on my answering.  The second time I got a loud screech, the type that is injurious to your ear drum.  This should be regarded as assault by telephone which should be regarded to be a crime.  My ear still is ringing from the screech.  At one time I donated to the fraternal order of police, two or three different organizations in fact--but if this is them forget it, never again!  Beware 2152496168!!!

Someone from this number continues to call here at all times of the day, including today (Sunday) at 7:28. If this is a legitimate business,t hey would not be calling me on a Sunday night. Get the picture, stop calling

this has been reported as fraternal order of police, a charity (?). they are allowed to call you.
you will have to answer it and tell them to "put you on their do not call list" then call your local representatives and complain to them and then your state senator and congressmen. oh, politicians are allowed to call you also. dnc does not apply to them. that's the law. doesn't do any good to complain here, raise hell with the politicians and demand that dnc be applied to everyone........

This number calls me constantly. I'm on the don not call list.

Several calls, no one speaks, I now tap TALK and then immediately tap OFF

There was a long pause after picking up. They identified themselves as calling on behalf of the fraternal order of police. I immediately told them the number is on a "do not call" list. he politely said we would be taken off their list.

I *believe* the caller has a series of recorded responses on a computer. I have worked with a company that has a call center in the Philippines who uses this system. The pause, the canned responses, etc. lead me to think that this caller uses this same system. A foreign call center can "talk" in perfect north american english while spoofing the caller id.

Hmmm I just just received call and spoke with the guy.  Said he was from Pennsylvania Fraternal Order of Police and was asking for a pledge of at least $15.

A guy called stating that he was calling on behalf of the Perkasie Police Foundation for donations. I knew right away this guy was a scammer.

Got a call at 8:00 PM from this number.  The number showed up on caller ID; I did not answer it.  This needs to stop.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, which I'm beginning to think is worthless.

The caller would not shut up when I tried to interrupt him. I hung up on him. He called right back. I hung up on him again. Next, I called the number back, asked to speak to his supervisor, and he hung up on me.

Fraternal order of police calling asking for a donation.  This was the fourth time in two months.  I had to cut the guy off and tell him no yet again. I would never give money to someone who cold calls for donations.  

Just called my home at 9:00 pm.  Ridiculous.  I let it go to answering machine, and the caller immediately hung up.  Came up on caller ID as Unknown Name.

Just called here. I am registered with nomorobo.com to have all these calls sent to them. It rings once here then is automatically forwarded to nomorobo. Doesn't stop them but at least it only rings once. I don't know what happens to them when they are forwarded but they don't seem to call back. It's a free service but I would gladly pay.

This number showed up on my caller I.D. on April 15 @ 3:22 pm.  First time for this number.  Perkasie PA was place of origin according to the caller I.D.  I would not have answered even if I had been home.  I'm grateful to the previous posters for taking time to tell us of your experiences.  

I got a hang up call and it said it was from Perkasie, which is close to Philadelphia. So Levittown, Dublin, Perkasie, which is is? Probably all three . . .

I just had a call from this number 215  249 6168. At 9:00PM!!!!!! From Dublin PA. I answered because my husband was sleeping and I didn't want it to wake him up! I said hello twice. No one said anything. I hung up. I am on  the do not call list. So why are they calling me!!???

I had a call from the number this evening. I actually answered which is surprising. It was a guy saying he was from the Fraternal Order of Police and wanted to know if he could send me a packet for a donation and then asked if I could confirm a donation today. I told him to send me the packet and I would let him know, and the he told me that the minimum donation is $10 and could he at least let them know I would be ok with that. I told him that my husband does all the donations and he isn't home right now, so then he told me he would call back at a later time and he hung up. I have a feeling that it isn't about this, and that he was just trying to get me to say yes to what he was asking for. No way am I saying yes to anything.

They just tried to call me.  I didn't pick up.  No message.  Assume it's a telemarketer.

Caller is trying to sell you a home security system & when you politely say you're not interested caller just keeps talking.  How they know my name when I have an unlisted number is  scary.  I said what dont you understand when I say I am not intersted & I hung up.  Hopefully that will be the last time I hear from them

This # called 3 times today, never answered the call. and they never leave a message. But if John the previous post stats that it is a "home security systems" then hopefully they will stop calling. Bad enough I got calls from #'s I don't even know. Like the old saying goes if I don't know the # calling I don't answer and you don't leave a  message then it was not important.

This # comes up unknown on caller ID.   They are sellers of a home security system.

Someone from this number keeps calling my home but they never leave a message.  i would like it to stop!
