Its allied Interstate, some crappy collections agency, they apparently buy peoples debt contracts from other places. really annoying.

This number keeps calling me, like 3-4 times a day, doesn't leave a message!

This number keeps calling my work and cell phone 3-4 times daily.  There is nobody there when I pick up and I just hang up.  I'm going to name this number on my cell as "Don't Answer1".

Receive multiple calls from this number at my work.  They just hang up every time I answer.
