PA Fraternal Order of Police looking for donations. Uses a sophisticated computer system that tries to make you think you are talking with a person. If you ask questions it attempts to give canned answers. The goal is to talk to you until you agree to a pledge. THEN it transfers you to an operator when it's time to get your money.
If you ask it to put you on their DO NOT CALL LIST it will say that it will do so, but they'll continue to call.

Got a call today, same thing abusive and vulgar. I to tried to call back, call couldn't go through. Wondering if it w a spoofed number ? Been getting way too many of these types of calls since VOIP . To bad we can't stop them.
