rec'd a call 3 times from this number today, anserwed on the 3rd because it was after a call from a 000-000-0000 number.  The guy who could barely speack english said his name was david brown from walmart and wanted to offer me a $500 shopping card, but wanted a credit card # for the 4.95 shipping fee.  when I told him to send me a bill with the shopping card, since he would have my address (which he never asked for) hung up.  I would say this is a scam???!!

This # has called me about 10 times in the last 2 days, I have either ignored the call, and they leave no voicemail, answer and they'll hang up, or on 2 occasions I actually spoke to an indian man about winning several hundred dollars... he may have said wal mart gift card, I'm not sure, I could barely understand him, I asked to be removed from the list several times, to which I got hung up on, and then called again repeatedly.. I am about to lose my Sh*t on this guy.

This number called me many times and also they told me that , my number was selected in their list saying that i won $ 500 gift card and asked me to give my bank Account number to charge for shipping of that gift card.They told me the charge is only $ 4:95.And i refused to give my bank account number but they go on calling me.So,be careful of this number.Next they will call for u so,friends  be aware of this number.

This number has called me everyhour starting at 9 am until 9 pm for the last week! I never answered it until I had my dad answer just this morning all he heard was it hang up! Then he tried to call it back three times and it went to a recording saying call back later. Then my sister inlaw called from her phone and got the same thing! I finally downloaded an app that blocks the call!

They callin me too, like 20 times a.day a, and I am glad I have a smartphone and able to block these unwanted calls, everytime they caalin from another number I reportd it to blacklist, and it s auto blockd someway

They have been calling my phone for days, but I don't pick up.  Eight calls alone today.  I figure the calls will eventually stop, but absolutely worth reporting.

I just listed my phone with the National Do Not Call list.  Your company has called me over 10 times, 5 just today.  When I try to call back to see who it was I can't get a dial tone.

they keep callin me and i answered and it ws an indian speaking gentleman....saying i won 5 thousand or some thing i couldnt understand him ...and he still keeps calling after i hung up on him a few times...

only three in a day?  i get up to 8 and 10!  i'm sick and tired of it... they can just stop.  is there any way to get rid of this?  do you know how to block them on a samsung galaxy precedent by chance?

They call within minutes of each other and call my husbands cell phone at the same time. Tried calling back but its busy.
Phone says the call is from Pennsylvania.

Seriously, they have called me 15 times.  Most of the time they hang up, and some of the few times I've talked to this Indian-sounding guy, it's been too muffled to hear, but a couple of times it's been clear and he offered me $500 dollars in vouchers, and asked me to verify my address and send some small amount for shipping.  I told him over and over to stop calling me, and to take me off his list, but he kind of snubbed me every time.  I'm getting pretty pissed off.

They called me and i talked to them the first time politely than they made the mistake of calling again i then told the indian guy i would like to speak to a supervisor and he said he was in a meeting so i said let me talk to your manager and tell me exactly how to spell your company name he lied about the location and told me it was care express which i assume isn't true and they said the supervisor will call me back in ten minutes what information should i ask for if they actually call back

no dude, they're not going to take any legal action. If anything you can take legal action on them. I just don't know how you would go about that. But that's some serious harassment. I guess if it happens again, tell them you're recording the call and ask them information about their company and whereabouts and the managers/ supervisors name.

I have been the call for several weeks already and today they called twice and i told them i don't want it. SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY MOM but they did get her for the money but not for $2.95 like they say it was for $295 dollars now her bank wont do anything about it

I got the call and told them to stop calling. I just contacted the do not call registry and reported these con artists! They keep calling my phone!

Stephany, NO, they cannot do anything legally, you're alright. They've been calling me from different numbers for the past few weeks. Here is the new number that I've been getting: 302-394-6932. It's the same people, I called to check and it says the same message in the same voice saying to put in the number after the beep, but the beep never comes.

I think these numbers need to be reported to the FCC. They are consistently abusive.

the same thing happen to me. after i buy some stuff from walmart.they try to convince me that they will charge me only 3.75 bag.after i have activated their 100 gift card.they have my address and they want my card number.they take some information but i stop when they ask me my card number.

This number will not STOP and I have bitched them out each and everytime they call me. What I don't understand is I am on the National do not call list, and i NEVER EVER put my phone # out anywhere, especially because of bull s*** like this. Can you file a police report for phone harassment if you're on the do not call list?? Bc i am SICK of seeing this number come up on my phone.
