BUT I DON'T OWE ANYONE ANYTHING - I HAVE NO LOANS - I LIVE 3,000 miles away from them.
They call constantly. I have over 20 calls logged in 2 months from four different numbers and variations of names.

my answering mach just gets a ring tone showing they are dialing a number for me!

Started receiving calls from this number.  Never anyone on the line.  Wish they would stop!

This caller has harassed me all though out the night! They have gotten the name and phone number of my elderly neighbor, when I lived in Oakland California, and scared her! I think these people need to give me $1000.00 for their abuse!

This is Tate & Kirkin - they are debt collectors.

This number calls me about four times a day and if I answer it there is no answer only ringing like I'm waiting for someone to pick up and I actually waited twice and I got a recording once and another time I heard possibly noises you would hear in a busy office but a person has never picked up. The call is coming out of state with the abriviasion PA and I'm not even sure what state that is in the US. I would really like this to stop because it's really inconvenient with my phone waking me up or ringing at the wrong time.

They are not however permitted to call over 3 times a day, be rude, nasty or threatening.  The first step is to write them and tell them to stop calling the number and request any communication in the future be in writing.  Then if they continue, file a complaint with the state attorney office in your home state and the state of Pennsylvania and with, I believe, the FEC about them.

They called me several times from various phone numbers, each time with a recorded message stating that (they gave a name which isn't mine) owed an outstanding debt (my credit is clean of any debts).  

I called them right back and got a recording, during normal business hours.  I left a message that I was NOT the person they were calling for, and that my number is registered with the DoNotCall.gov registry, and to please take my name and number off their list or I would file a complaint against them (which would cost them $11,000 per violation).  They have since stopped calling my number.


I've been receiving numerous telemarketing and scam calls to my phone, which is registered with the Government's Do Not Call List, and also telemarketing text messages.  You must keep a log of the number, date, and time of the call.  If they persist in calling past the 30 days grace period after you tell them to stop, they should be reported to the DoNotCall Registry - http://www.DoNotCall.gov - and they can be fined up to $11,000 per violation once reported.  Provide as much information as possible - who called you, dates, times, telephone numbers, what it was about, etc. for the Feds to be able to prosecute and fine them.  The violators must pay $11,000 fine per violation - the complainant gets $500

Telemarketers and debt collectors and others are governed by Federal laws requiring them to only call during certain hours ( 8 am to 9 pm in whatever your time zone is) and requiring them to NOT call if you tell them to remove your name and number from their list.

NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL TATE & KIRLIN, I HAVE CALLER ID AND I CAN SEE YOU CALLING. SO I DON'T ANSWER.. IS'NT CALLLER ID GREAT.

they do it to me too.  someone on a different site said it is tate and kirklin, a debt collector.  I just have them in as do not answer now.

When I answered they were looking for a Steven Cokal (sp?).  That's not me!!!!

These guys will not quit but I have spoke to them...they will talk reasonably

This is a collection agency using auto-dial to find out what time there is somebody home to answer the phone. If you answer the phone and stay on the line as the recording asks, the next available *sshole will be along shortly to harass you. If you hang up now, they will continue calling you at this same time because their computer shows that the likelihood that someone is there to answer is high.If you DON'T answer the phone when this number comes up on your caller ID, their auto-dial will rotate your number to a different time slot and try their luck again later.

I have received these calls from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on my fax line, which answers automatically. I hope the screeching on the phone line discombobbulates their auto-dialer someday and it EXPLODES!!!

This number calls every 30 minutes sometimes. They have even called on Sunday mornings!

They just tried yesterday.  No messages.  They tried 3x in the afternoon.

This is not a sales call or solicitation but we have an urgent call for Sherry Moore, I just hung up on them once the recorded voice of a woman  started talking.

These idiots call often and ask for me by name but will not discuss subject but did mention he had some papers on his desk but the only name mentioned was my first which if I don't know you I'm not me. Better luck later because I know who I owe and they know that I will contact them for all issues and not them contacting me unless it is in writing!!

THEY START CALLING ME AT 8AM. MON. THRU SUNDAY, NOT JUST THIS NUMBER BUT A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT ONES, I DONT ANSWER BUT IT DOES LEAVE A HALF MESSAGE SAYING IF YOU ARE NOT SO AND SO TO HOLD ON THE LINE, MAN IT IS ANNOYING  AT TIMES. BUT I HAVE ACTUALLY CALLED THE NUMBER BY HITTING REDAIL AFTER THEY HANG UP AND LAY THE PHONE DOWN AND WALK AWAY JUST SO THEY GET A FEELING OF HOW IT IS WHEN SOMEONE CALLS OVER AND OVER AND OVER

this people have been calling me several times, nasty.

My caller ID comes up Tate with a number. Yesterday I got a phone call from a TK asking for my ex-boyfriend. He hasn't lived at this address in 10 yrs. I picked up the phone and pushed the correct buttons to tell them that they have the wrong number and the autamated phone said "we're sorry" and hung up. Later that night they called again. Stupid a**es!

These people called me too! I didnt answer so I googled it once they caleld the 2nd time. Luckily I have the G1 so once they call once, I can select an option to have all of there calls forwarded to voicemail! I love the G1 just for that one feature..its like Blacklisting people without them even knowing it. I can still see that they called but I am not notified.

This numb nuts caled via animated call, stating if this is a wrong number, press 3, so we did. They are still calling.

They call me and a computer say looking for my brother who I don't talk to or deal with in like 10 years,  it say if he coming to the phone press 1, if he coming later press 2, if this the wrong number press 3, I press 3 like 10 times already and they still call.

One Day I type my name in search on yahoo and my name , address, all family member and people I know pop up on my space, face books, mylife, people fiinders, so what they doing when they type in these people names if  your name with them, they going to bugg you until you tell them how to contact the person they looking for, so I deleted all my profile on the internet , facebook myspace, mylife, sodahead,  yahoo , now it gotten alittle better, but it reduce the calls like 80 percent now.

Hmmmm.... Time to call back?..... hehehehehe

Just shows they're a fly by night firm. There are tons of attorneys who setup these bogus firms to try to collect money that they know people don't owe.

They keep calling me and I do not know why.  I want it to stop.

They call me every day, eight or nine times...I work 10- 12 hour shifts and am not home at the times they call...they have never left a message. I have no idea what they want, but they are relentless...my caller ID identifies them as "Tate."

calls all the time using different numbers from different area codes. rings & rings, hangs up when answered. if they are debt collectors, their stupid. if they talked i would tell them how to get some of the money i owe through the debt relief company i'm using.

They call me and do not say anything and do not leave a message.. How dumb. If you call me and do not talk then how do I know who you are and what you want............
