Twice this morning, a woman with an accent wanted to send "an informational document" to a specific IT manager.  Here that kind of call is considered a solicitation, so both times I transferred her to Purchasing to obtain the instructions for introducing her company.  Now I've received two more calls from this number, but nobody says anything, just hangs up.  Think she's annoyed?
