I recieved 2 calls from this number hours after my Husband died. The alleged officer on the other end threatened me with homicide. I handed the phone off to a friend and procceded to call the police. I Got another call exactly on week later I threatened them with the police, hung up and called the police. An Oficer called them back and the man didn't believe she was a Police Officer and hung up on her after she gave him her #@ the Police Station.

Got a call from this number at 5:30 a.m. today.  When I picked up the phone half awake, there was nothing but music for over 30 seconds so I just hung up.  Then my voicemail alert went off.  It was a message from this same phone number.  The caller had a strong Indian-Pakistani type accent and indicated he was "Kellen Anderson".  He said there was a medical emergency and that I should call a different "number for his division" and gave me phone #305-600-5667.  I did not call that number as I know this is a bogus call as no emergency department would require me to call a "division" at a different phone number.  Do not have any idea who this is

A guy name Kelvin Anderson is calling me from this number telling me that I owed over $5000 to a bank and he wanted money from me to resolve this he says that he worked for the Financial Crimes Division and had a warrant for my arrest but would hold it if I paid him. I contacted my local police who told me if there was a warrant out there it would have been served no one would call me and tell me about it and also that it is illegal to call someone and tell them they have a warrant out against them THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MONEY HE WILL TELL YOU HIS "OFFICERS" NAME IS ROGER BROWN HE IS ALSO A SCAMMER!

I have been getting calls from this number 215 824 2198 the man with an accent said his name is Kelvin Anderson and that he is with the Financial Crimes Division. He says its for a loan that I got back from June 2006 which I never got a loan from anyone at that time. He says that if I didn't pay him I would be going to court and jail.  He continually calls from this number and has been blowing up my phone if I don't answer it, he wanted my debit card info and said that I had to pay the balance to him or I was going to be in big trouble and it would ruin my life! How do these people get our info?

I received a voicemail on my work phone today from the number 215-824-2198.  The caller was a man with a very thick indian accent identifying himself as "Officer Mack Manning with the Dept. of Federal Investigations" and stating I needed to return his call immediately when I received the message and that it was regarding a complaint that had been made against me.  He stated I should call his "hotline that goes directly to my desk" at 305-600-5668.  I called the number and did not get an answer but as soon as I hung up, my phone started ringing and it was from the 215-824-2198 number.  I pushed "ignore" and they called back again and again.  They ended up calling my cell phone 7 times before giving up and left no messages.

Payday2go is not associated with them, they are a suspected criminal front. I am from payday2go (online loan company) I keep on receiving lots of call complaining about this fraud collectors and callers experienced harassment and asking them immediate payment and they are verbally threatening consumers by using nefarious fraud tactics (like threatening jail time). If you received call from them and claiming that they are calling on behalf of payday2go. Please don't believe them and report it to us at (866)742-0413. It's just a scam call from a suspected location ( India ) which is using different company name and call out number almost everyday. I receive this phone call today... a follow up to a call from May 6th with the phone number 1234567890 with a lady requesting a call back at 305-507-8578. She sounded very nice but be aware. The first time they were trying to get a hold of my sister about an outstanding debt.

The second was today May 21st from 215-824-2198. Today is was from a man w/indian accent that was harassing and threatening... this time. His is now claiming to be a 'Dell Robinson' from a law office of Fred.... He said that I would hear from his attorney and that if I didn't call him back shortly that something bad will happen & he could only wish me "good luck".  

Try filing with your state attorney general's office first. That's what I'll be doing.

I'm 5 months preganant and I received a disturbing telephone call from Officer Brown at these numbers 215-824-2198 and 305-507-8585. He was very demanding and hostile. I called our local police station and an officer was sent to my house. I proceeded to play the message for the officer and he immediately called Officer Brown back. In a nut shell the scam artist told the officer that he was getting involved in a legal issue that didn't concern him and that he was gonna get it. Afterwards he asked for hid badge number and so called Officer Brown hung up. I tried to call back and let him know that now I was gonna file charges but the number was disconnected. Please dont fall for this scam.

i too just received the same #215 on my cell, i never answer calls i do not recognize, a man with a thick indian accent left me voicemail to immediatly return the call to the same #305 saying if i did not something bad will happen & he could only wish me "good luck". i hope they catch this scum immediatly. who do i report this harrassment to?

Our neighbor got a call from this number on his cell phone asking about my husband regarding bank fraud.  It was a man with a heavy Indian accent.  He told him to put someone who speaks English on the phone and he will talk to them.  This is definitly a fradulent call.  What freaks me out is how they tied our neighboor to my husband, it is almost like they have our cell phone records.

I received exactly the same calls from the same two numbers..The most recent one is 215-824-2198, originating in Philadelphia, PA.  I wasn't home to take the call, but it was on my caller ID.  I filed a claim with the NY State Attorney General and also with the Onondaga County Sherrif's Office in NY.  The main problem was that he (a Jack Samuels) was harrassing my school secretaries.  I'm a teacher, and it's not wise to call my school while I'm teaching and say that the phone call is "urgent". He also threatened that "he cannot be responsible for what is about to happen to me.."  Bunch of Bullcrap, and hopefully the cops in whatever state have caught him.

My daughter got a call from 305-507-8584 from Officer Peterson threating jail over a debt her sister allegedly had after affirming that there was no debt I called back and got no answer, however while I was on the pnone my caller id said that i missed a call from the 215 # above so I feel that this number is tied into the scam.
