 They may also go under the name "FCI" or simply "Card Services".  they may also use the number 267-288-7194 or "Unknown, name witheld".  They will likely continue to harass you until you pay them.
Word is these people recently have been harassing the wrong person....If you live in the area on PA, watch the local news..maybe, just maybe we will find out ;)

If they are calling you either because you are a card holder, or if they are calling the wrong number, you only need to ask them to stop calling. If you are one of their card holders, you can demand that they stop calling and only communicate in writing.

This number calls me every hour, but leaves not message.  Just calls listens to my answering machine and hangs up.  I don't even have a credit card.  can I report this service to the police?

Well these people are bank of America... They called a few times, I told them I don't have an account and the person they want any even at this number.... Since then they haven't called, so they are good about that atleast

this has been in the last 2 hours i have been at work.

This is from FIA Card Services. Several Banks utilize them to collect on late bills.  If you get a phone call from them, it does not necessarily mean they are a collection agency since they are not collecting on a defaulted debt.  Why these banks don't use their own people to call you?  I have no idea.  The calls are from PA.

I asked bank of america why they do not leave messages, and they said in certain states such as New York and California, it is against the law to leave voice mails. And although you may not live in those states, they just have it as a policy to avoid confusion and mistakes.

We have been getting calls from 215-876-6188(pennsylvania), 888-335-6993(not provided), 800-665-9089(not provided and unknown name), 469-201-4312(card services), 866-668-8047)not provided). They have been calling EVERYDAY non stop! The one from pennsylvania calls about 4 or more times EVERYDAY. Sometimes they leave a message and sometimes they don't and some messages are just weird. I'm getting sick of the phone ringing everyday! I'm NOT going to answer any of them! I wish and want them to stop calling my house! They call somewhere from 8am to 10pm. I HATE IT! We know what they want (money) and we don't have it! I want it to stop! They should go and harrass rich people...rich people have tons of money!

In my opinion if one of my credit cards has an issue with either my husband or myself and our bills, they need to call or write personally.  Not turn our information over to KIDS who call and call and call...without giving a rats patoot about anything or anyone.

I have been call by this number 100's of times at all hours and on all days.  If I pick up there is rarely anyone there, if there is I cannot understand them when they do speak, and they don't actually seem to be speaking to me but to someone else.  Very few times has a message been left and when it is it is by someone I cannot understand, offering me 'solutions' to my problems, and obviously reading from a script.  What can I do to stop these calls!!

Ive spoken to numerous people at "f.i.a. card services" and from what I get, its a collection for credit cards and its just that theyve hired a lot of young and tactless kids to make the calls. The ones that hang up on you are just trying to keep their jobs and pretend like they are working.
They say they are in Texas.
If you get current on your bills, the calls stop.

215-876 is Philly.  215-876-6188 seems to belong to Penncro.  A collection agency.  www.penncro.com ***BEWARE OF JUNK COLLECTORS***.  I'm not saying Penncro is a junk collector.  I'm just saying if you don't owe it, don't make an agreement to pay it.

215-876-6188 seem to belong to a "collection company".  Many "collection companies" are scams known as junk collectors.  They try to collect on debts you have already paid, debts that have passed limitation, or debts that belong to people that may have a name close to yours.  They even try to collect on debts that have been cleared by bankruptcy.  If they won't answer your questions I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and the FTC.

Not true. I have no card w/ Bank of America.  I get calls from this number several times a day.  They never leave a message and hang up when I answer the phone.

they called my work phone, which was just given to me.  I called their number back and they said they were with FIA card services, and wanted the phone number i called them from.  I told them they dont need it because i dont know who they are.  The guys asked for my name, and i told them i would not give up that information because i dont know who you are and why they call a new work phone number that was never given out.  The guy was very rude.

actually, no, they are not from any kind of card company, i got a call from the same number but the last number was a 7 not an 8, meaning it was 1-215-876-6187. Ive read other posts along with this but i have i special situation, i bought the phone as a prepaid phone so i can talk to ATT customers for free and not go over on my tmobile family plan, today is day 2 of having the phone, mind you i have not used this phone number other than to call one friend, and i got this call, and i didnt answer it, but no voicemail. there are a lot of people saying there are rude people on the other end of the line and also that they speak very poor english, and how can they be bill collectors asking for me on a debit card where i make no payments and am not required to do so. its just a scam and they will call and call and call.
