I keep getting calls from this number asking for my pin number. Please stop this caller!

This evening I got a call from this # and before I could answer it there was a voice mail left. Since I had no idea who was calling I listened to the message. I could not understand any of it and didn't listen to it all. It was like someone called by mistake and didn't know their phone had made a call. Just hope I don't get called again because I have no plans on answering to a # I don't know who it belongs to. I am on the DO NOT CALL list, but I guess they don't care or realize or know it. Hope this is the last time this # and whoever it is calls again. They are just wasting their time.

I just got a new cell phone with a new number..yesterday. One person has my number, my daughter. Get a voice mail to call this number. Nobody I know and wow it doesn't take them long to get your number. I had my other phone and the number for 7 years and not once did I get a call from this number. Not returning the call...if they need to speak with me, call my home phone that is what it's for business. Or send a letter to my home, you must know my address. I have no outstanding bills and the only loan I have is a student loan that is in forbearance, so what they want I don't know.

I keep getting calls from this number - I have no idea why or who is calling but I want it stopped.  I'm tired of these calls being charged against my usage.  There must be a way to have this nonsense stopped.

On my cell phone many times

I keep getting calls from this number - 215 920 9498 - I have no idea who this is and there is never a message.  I'm tired of being charged against my minutes for this irritating issue.  I don't know how they got my cell phone number as I rarely give it out unless I know the person.  How do I make it stop?

They just keep leaving voice message.

This number is spoofed.  As another said, it's the AT&T voicemail number.  The caller isn't AT&T.

I got repeated calls at 1:30 AM Sunday morning from this number that began with a ring tone that simulates an old wall phone ringing, then a recorded message that my computer isn't functioning properly and that I must go to a URL that I didn't write down.  I had to turn off the phone to stop repeated calls.  I suspect that the URL is a web page that installs a worm or virus as soon as my browser loads the page.

DON'T GIVE OUT ANY BANK INFO.  DON'T PAY ANYTHING.  CURSE THEM OUT AND HANG UP.  This is a scam.  I have never had a payday loan.  There is a legitimate company in Florence, KY called Cash Advance USA OR USA CASH ADVANCE but they do not do loans over $450 and don't collect via phone.  This info is from BBB in Ohio.  THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THESE SCAMMERS.  Anyway in my research I found that this is a SCAM RUN ON THE US BY MIDDLE EASTERNERS.  The person that called me had a Middle Eastern accent (like the 2 guys on the METRO PCS tv ad).  Then he handed the phone to his supervisor Dominic.  I then got somone who said his name was Anthony Decosta.  I told him he needed to verify the debt according to FDCPA.  He proceeded to get nasty, threaten me, I asked him his physical address and he said Cash Advance USA, then USA Cash advance.  He then threatened to shoot me and I told him maybe I would shoot him first, Bin Laden was dead.  CALL CONSUMER PROTECTION AND FILE COMPLAINT OVER PHONE, 206-464-6684!!!

UNLESS YOU ARE WORKING FOR THESE CARVEL REJECTS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH ADVISING PEOPLE TO ACTAULLY PAY THESE SCAMERS!

Read my previous note. I have been harrassing them for days . They say they will call police if I don't stop. LOL! Actually, if you can get a hold of middle Eastern/Belly Dance Music; They Hate That!!!!  I have a long drive home, so I cank them about 20 times (every 10 minutes) with this music. They have demmanded that I stop calling! It holds up their phone line. They end up blocking your calls or disconnected their number by the next day. Beware though, they get new phone numbers and start the calls again. I have been blocked from at  least 8 numbers. Word of Advice: DO NOT VERIFY YOUR SSN OR GIVE ANY PERSONAL/BANK INFO TO THESE SEVEN ELEVEN INDIAN REJECTS. THEY WILL TAKE ALL OF  YOUR MONEY AND SAY YOU AUTHORIZED IT. I DID REPORT TO MY LOCAL POLICE DEPT AND ACTUALLY WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAD BEEN SCAMMED LIKE THIS IN MY TOWN AND LOST THEIR ENTIRE DEPOSITS FORM CHECKING ACCOUNT.

First of all i was thinking that is might be a scam and when i pop up into the matter deeply I found they are genuine and they are from the original company and i asked them for the loan date and they gave me the correct date and when i paid them i also get the receipt saying that i have satisfied my account and i dont have any more outstanding with their company so .. if you get a call from them than dont worry they wont scam you as others do...

caller is harrassing me with lawsuit, stating I owe them money, but they would be willing to settle....I have no dealings with these people...how do you get them to stop???

It will send you a message whenever a caller has left you a voicemail. You can hear the message by answering it - rathering than calling into the voicemail box. If you want to de-activate it, go to call forwarding settings and delete the number.

Check your cell phone Call Forward Number!!!

I was just messing with my phone last night and went into Call Forward - Voice Calls - (To:Voicemail) - Change Setting ... and this number was stored as the Forward Number!!!  I have no idea how it got there or for how long, I've had this phone for over 2yrs and never used call forward. I was just curious on how to set it up and was shocked to see that 215-920-9498 number as my Call Forward #.

I did a Google search and came across this Post.
