I never did get the name but they have been calling for over a month.  The initial message was just as Jayme stated.  They called a week later and left a message wanting to know if I had received the papers. They now call daily but I always allow it to go to voice mail.

My son-n-law called me today asking me about a call he received from litigation department telling him he had several warrants for his arrest and if he didn’t send them money then he would go to prison.
    As a member of the police community I found the call to be very alarming.  I did a Google search of the phone number and found that these actions are fraudulent and they have been reported. Any further action from the “litigation department” will be reported as well.
