1/25/08 - Automated message for some Business Mastercard - added # to call block list

For the third time I have exercised the option to have my number put on the do not call list

cathy from the small business network for the SBN business mastercard. and membership in the SBN.  also associated with 866-310-9662 according to the message.  pressing "1" did nothing when I caught the latest call.  our number formerly was a small business. can't seem to get rid of the calls. we are also on DNC list.  frustrating

This "offer" call from the small business network came at 9 am on sunday morning the 16th of march 2008. First of all our home line is not a business and second of all the call woke my husband. And third of all who cares about this bs company and when the prerecorded message says press one for more details, that doesn't work. The is harrassment with a capital H.

Can this caller not be stopped by whatever phone company they're using?  They called on my cell phone this morning, which also is on DNC.

Small Business Network pre-recorded waste of time message.

Got these calls all the time.  Installed a little program called Ascendis Caller Id.  Blocked the number with the program.  Now when they call they get hung up on.

got called from Small Business Company wanting to lower my cc rates...  I pushed 1 to get a live person... talked to the lady and told her to remove my number and she hung up on me.   I'm tired of this crap.

CROOKS.  USING PERSONAL NAME TO PLACE SOLICITATION CALLS FOR SMALL BUSINESS NETWORK.  CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Received a call at 9:04 am 2/12/08 from Amanda Manning - 216-658-3852 -- who is this?  I am also on Do Not Call list.

The first time I called back, they hung up when I asked who they were. With the second attempt, an "Amber" answered the phone and when I told her I was the business owner she started her pitch. It was a cold call from "Small Business Network" offering a subscription/membership and their MasterCard.

This number calls my fax number almost constantly.

Just got the same as all of the above. Odd and have been getting calls with hang up over the past 3 days. No, I do not owe anyone $$! Sounds like some sort of a scam.

Pre recorded message saying I had been approved for something.

recorded message for credit card services. calls over & over. on dnc list for several years.

dead silence when you say hello

I got a blank message that lasted 1 minute.

calls, no voice, just dead silence

I got a blank message from 12166583052.

Calls here often and plays pre-recorded SBA message.  Can not get human on the line.  Says Amanda Manning on ID box but is message from business.  Am on DNC list for years so this is a violation.

I just received a call from this number saying they are the SBA.  It appears to be the same people who are calling from 508-438-2672.  I also recieved an email today on the other number that I reported.  Here is the FTC's response.  I advise you to please tell your community about these calls, so nobody falls victim to them.
