I got a call from them this morning and they never asked if they had the right person but told me I was entered to win a sweep stakes. I hung up on them and they have called me 2 more times today which I didnt answer and they didn't leave a message. Can't you call 911 to report fraud?

This number has called me several times and always hang up as soon as I answer. I tried to call back, but it gives me an error number. After calling it from a different line, the phone rings than disconnects (without the error message).
