Repeated calls with no response after answer.  Sounds like a phone bank call.

To get a call-blocker:

Go to the home page of whocalls me and enter this number: 305 918-2338. Read my post dated 12/26/11.

Have received dozens of calls from this number, and no one says anything and then after a few seconds hangs up.
