Do you know anyone over seas? My Boyfriend calls from a number like this and he is deployed

We're getting calls at 4:30am - usually on Thursdays and Mondays. Phone company says there's nothing they can do ... any suggestions?

Don not worry they only call you 20 times a day and won't harm you, just trying to get you in dept do not answer also call the police this is money stealing thing.
