I got the same call about taking money from a loan company and THE GUY THAT i talked to kept changing his name. First it was Jud then it was Matt then it was Ben. He also told me that the police are going to pick me up from work monday morning and take me to jail. And as he was telling me this he was laughing and insulting me. Some how he got my social,my bank account,my address,my phone number,my work number all personal information. Very scared cause you never know what people like that are going to do!!

I just got a call today and they left a message - call ASAP due to a legal matter and call with you attorney...heavy accent and knew it was false claim. Sad thing is some people buy into this. I will report this as well.

I received a call today from United Attourney Services wanting the name and address of my attourney when I refused to give it to them they said are you aware of the case against you? And I was like "No" and so someone else got on the phone and supposedly read me some affidavit telling me that I am being sued and that I should have bail money and someone to come pick me up and that they were sending someone to my house on Wednesday to escort me to court.  They said it was from some place called instacash where I had taken a payday loan and never made any payments to them. That I owe them 824.35 in fees but could not tell me how much was deposited to my account or when.  They knew my last 4 of my social, my bank name, my cell phone number, my email address and who knows what else that they did not reveal on the call.  I am so scared about this that my back just got all tensed up and I am stressing out...I did not take anything from anywhere called Instacash, so I plan to do what someone else suggested and report this to the BBB, Attourney General and Homeland Security because apparently this is a file that has been open for 2 years.   I feel very violated and scared.

I received a call yesterday at work 1st saying his name was Don White, then Eric Gorman & Sam Dawson that he worked for United Attorney Services.  This is the phone # he called from but the return # I was given was 323-205-3507.  He was very nasty with strong accent threatening me stating I would be arrested for running from them & check fraud.  He knew my home & work address,email address but couldn't tell me amount of supposed loan with "pay day loans" only that it was deposited into Bank of America in 2009.  My employer actually got on the pone & told him to stop harassing me at my place of business & this man was yelling at her! I'm scared because of all the info he has.  I try very hard to keep all my information private & apparently it isn't working well.
Another blog with the same phone# said to report to BBB, Attorney General & Homeland Security as this is a file running for the past 2 years.

I just received the same phone call that everyone else received, telling me I owe some Insta Cash place $900. The first gentleman, with the heavy accent, addressed by name, gave me the wrong social security number, when told him that was not me he called himself putting the police on the phone. That gentleman told me that he was going to be at my place of resident to arrest me Thursday morning. Long story short, yes the name, address, email was correct but nothing else they told me was, the SSN, the bank, nor the "so called" references they told me. I was bothered by this because these websites have made it so easy to get people's information.

I got a call today on my cell phone of all phones, no business or official place has my cell, only my home.  He claimed to know me & said I owed a balance. I googled the number while we were on the phone & told them it was a scam & he started swearing & cursing at me (what kind of representative curses at their customer even if they are from a collections agency).  I told him if he ever called me back I would call the police & report them as a fraud & I will call the non-emergency police line tonight to report these idiots.  They should be ashamed of themselves scamming people out of their hard-earned money.  IDIOTS.

Received a call from this number concerning an "unpaid debt" that would result in "very serious consequences" and may lead to "jail time." The person spoke in a heavy foreign accent, but I didn't catch the name. After I made it very clear that I wasn't going to cooperate and hung up, I got a call from the number almost immediately. I ignored it, and the person left a voice mail telling me that it was very important I have my attorney call the number with my information. I reported it to the phone company, other than that, it can be safely ignored.

Same thing. I had the same phone call. He asked me if I had ever committed this type of crime before, TONS of questions. Finally my husband got on the phone and cussed him out and then hung up. REPORT these frauds! I have never heard of this company before in my life! I never had anything deposited into any bank account. These calls need to stop!

I am getting the same call.  Once on Friday, May 7th and again on May 11th.  The person that calls has a really bad accent.  He claims he is from United Attornery Services and that I am being sued for a loan that I gotten from Instant Cash in the amount of $986.  But they said that was including late charge and interest.  He would not give me correct amount of the loan or when the loan was deposited to my account.  Which does not exist.  I google the company name.  There is no match.  He has my last 4#'s for my SS, bank name, and my place of employment.  When I asked for his name, he told me his name was Norman then he changed it to something else.  I suggest everyone put a Fruad Alert on your credit reports and report this call.  It is obvious that it is a scam.

i got the same call they call my job my boss my family members this is imbassing moment. they sayin iam getting arrested for some loan and they sewing my social secuity number and this is a serious matter so i here!! this has been very stressful in my life i have not been the same since then... i hope all that is going threw this stay strong wish all us the best...

robo call from a call center. backgound noise of typical call center. no one answered when i picked up. i had to disconnect them.

SOMEONE CALLED MY HOUSE ON 5/7/2010 STATING I OWE THEM MONEY FROM A LOAN COMPANY THAT THEY SENT TO MY BANK. THEY EVEN KNEW MY E-MAIL ADDRESS, MY NAME. THE LAST FOUR DIGIT 0F MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND I CURSED THEM OUT . HE SAID TO ME... DON'T CURSE ME.. THAT HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE TO MAKE MY LIFE MISERABLE. I TOLD HIM TO DO IT. I WAS NOT AFRAID ..HE HUNG UP ON ME. I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER BACK. DISCONNECTED. SO I REPORTED IT TO MY PHONE COMPANY. THEY GOOGLED IT. OVER 200 PEOPLE HAVE GOTTEN THIS SAME CALL.

This person was also able to state the last four numbers of my social, email account, and stated he would send someone out to my house.

I recieved a call from thi snumber; from a person with a very strong accent. The person stated that I owed money in the amount of $825.00.

hey i got the same message saying i borrowed money from intsacash saying i owe 800 dollars

good afternoon i have been getting calls from a brandon jackson claiming i have a blance of $917.00 that he said i got a loan from instant cash online he has my last dight of my social security number and also claiming that the money was sent to my bank which is bank of america and i ask him for a date which he could provide i tired to call back the number wasn't available.

Yellow book. get these 3-5 times a day...... Same thing over and over..... hang up on them everytime ...

She said she called from US Organization and need to verify the company information.  When I tell her that we don't verify any info by phone.  The phone was disconnected.  I tried to call back but the number is not in service.
