Keep getting called, even when I have answered I have been hung up on. There is no way to opt out. This is illegal and extremely annoying. I wish someone knew how to stop it. If you know please share the knowledge.

Thank you all for your comments. Now I will know to answer the phone and scream really offensive things at the scam artists ;) Adios.

Thanks to all of you for reporting here. It is very helpful. I will block this number on my handset.

I to keep getting this caller on my caller ID however when I pick up the phone they hang up. Have never actually spoken with anyone. When I try to call the number back I get a recording that this number is not in service. Does anyone know how to stop this?

I got the same call this morning, but she said her name was Candace. She gave the same speech about $2000 in credit. I told her I wasn't interested. She asked if she could have a few more minutes "to explain how this works" and I told her no and hung up. She did speak excellent English and without an Indian accent. The call was so brief, but no one offers something for nothing. Definitely a scam!

I got the same call, and same story...
I am on a non-caller list. WTF?
How to put an end to those calls?

Debra (who may have been a person or a really advanced voice attendant) offering up to $2000 in travel credit on my next vacation. Did not name a company but simply stated that I had joined their "family of travelers." After the initial speech ,she asked for a few minutes of my time to explain. I refused, and she politely ended the call. I didn't gather enough information to warrant a scam accusation but my gut says just hang up and go on about your day.
