I'm guessing this is a collection Co. When you call the number the call goes thru but there is no ring tone. Apparently it answers at the start of the first ring and puts you on hold to eat up your phone minutes and nothing else. The was an associated voice mail but I couldn't understand the name of the person they were calling for nor the phone number to call back except it began with 800 3-- ----. It was rattled off too fast and I am hearing impaired. All I can say is that the person 's name they wanted did not sound much like mine!

Iam tired of all these indian people calling me from all these random # but ive saved all of them and any message and reported them 2 the ATTORNEY GENERAL AND ALL LAW OFFICALS LOCAL AND NATION WIDE.
