I've been called three times today from that number. STOP CALLING ME

I got a phone call that I owed them $ from march 15, 2010 I'm like wait that day didn't even roll around yet?? he began to get an attitude with me I will not lie I called him everything I could think of things I'm sure that made no sense but they did to me at the time lol but I never took a loan and I AM NOT PAYING WHAT I DIDN'T GET! I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FBI WEB SCAM THING MY LOCAL POLICE AND REPORTED IT TO THE 3 MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS ETC.  middle eastern men using american mens names??smh I told them I DO NOT SUPPORT ALQUIEDA, Or terrorism, so do there dirt on there own time n leave me alone!!!

the caller was instructed that the number they called is my number not mary stakenas i have had this number for 9 months and if they would take the time to check it thay would find that 231 757 9127 is my number not mary stakenas but they coutinue to place the calls  if any one has any info as to the location that the calls were placed from I will deal with these people my self if needed .   229-299-5900

they called me saying they were a law firm and someone was fileling a law suit against me then wanted bank info and when i could make a payment does this sound like a scam to anyone else or what

I keep getting calls from the people that claim to be from "Morrison and Associates".  Each time they call the name changes first it was "Travis", then "Ken", then "Juan", and yesterday it was "Benjamin".  Each time they would say the same thing about "legal department" and saying I applied for a payday loan that I havent paid back.  When I told them I didn't have a payday loan they called me a liar.  I constantly call these people out as scammers and ask them for their real names because we all know they make up those names.  So I called my husband while "Benjamin" was still on the phone and he proceeded to tell them that we were recording the conversation and he stopped talking and hung up.  They always hang up once they realize that they aren't getting anywhere.  I happened to call the number back after he hung up and a lady answered the phone claiming to be from "Legal Department" after she answered the phone by simply saying hello.  I asked if she has any letters or anything she could send me and she said no because I was about to be arrested.  To make long story short, these people are scammers from anther country with nothing better to do than to try and find a fool that will believe this ridiculous story.

Got a call several times from # 229 299 5900 guy by the name he says is Jack Johnson with Morrison & Associates. He has an accent Indian/Pakistan says that if I don't pay him $400 we would have to settle it on the courthouse steps and that it is illegal for him to fax or send me the paperwork on it. He doesn't even have my correct address but he says this loan company sent me a check in the mail that I cashed I told him that until he sends me proof of it I am not going to give him a dime, but he won't stop calling! Very large scam racket they have going

I am so glad i found this website.  I was really scared at first.

Today i got a call from "Jack Johnson" from "Litigation" saying i defaulted on a pay day advance loan and that i was going to be suid for it.  They said if i wanted to settle out of court for $400+ dollars i could.  I did apply for a pay day advance but i never ended up taking it.  I was really panicing about this.  I told them i didn't take the loan and that i would deal with them throught the courts.  They said some really wierd things to me, like that they couldnt send me any information about the loan because it was illegal, and even tho the guys name was "Jack Johnson"  he sounded very Indian and it was so hard to understand what he was saying.  

Just glad i fought this because i was scared for a second

Sad as it is. If you want to be left alone. You need to get vulgar with them.last time they called I treated the guy  who called  like a phone sex operator after 3 min. Of me telling him how I was going to make him squeel like a pig,,he hung up. Must not have seen "deliverance"

Yea this people have been calling my wife for the past 6 month, they are the same Indian people and they keep on chaning their names and trying to pass as Attorney with trying to collect money form a Pay Day Loan, no matter what you tell them they keep on calling they are a fraud they keep on changing their numbers and they are all cell phone numbers, they range from East Coast to the Virgin Island but they are always the same rude Indian People that are calling

I received a similar call from this number. This time they stated that my wife had a Mastercard credit card from some unknown bank and that we owed $592 dollars. Same story that they would take us to court but could not provide any details. I started laughing hysterically at them when they said they would offer me "a significant discount" to settle this over the phone.

It's quite obvious that these calls are from overseas based upon the accent of the caller. I agree with everyone that this is a SCAM! You will receive some form of written notification if someone is really trying to get money out of you.

I just got a call from this number. ... its Sunday for crying out loud... I have aready reported them to the federal trade commition....jerks

I get these same exact phone calls about some payday loan or something like that and if I don't pay them $359.00 they I will have to go to court and pay more money. Last time they called me ( last monday) I told them to send me a check for $400.00 and I would see about doing business with them. They told me that they couldn't do that and that I needed to send them a check or money order in order to stop any more legal action. I just told them to go ahead and proceed with whatever legal action they want to and that I'd be waiting right here for them to do so.

I'm with you about calling them back over and over. Let's see how they like getting phone calls all day long. I am so sick of these phone scams and interenet scams. Let's tell them they can pay us whatever anmount they want from us just to have the privilage of calling us in the first place.

They called AGAIN today....once again threatened me and my family.....I told them to file the paperwork so I can see what in the hell they are talking about...they refuse to send any paperwork...I told them they owed me $1500...they started yelling that they didn't....I said YES YOU DO....The guy said prove it....I said that's what you need to do - prove to me that I owe you the money!!  He hung up.....

The way to handle this is DO NOT answer the phone..... I have caller I.D. if the number is one that I don't know, I don't answer. Hopefully they will get the message. If not they can keep calling. Because I don't answer "Out of Area or Unavailable or Unknown, Private etc.

Will they ever stop? I have been receiving these calls for almost a year. They call from different number and leave messages with different names and different contact numbers. It gets very annoying and aggravating.

I just received a call from this #....same as others...outstanding loan from payday one loan co...Have never had one.....I gave him a case # and the number to my local police dept, told him they would be more than happy to speak with him....he just needed to give the police his correct name and location and they would send an officer right over......He hung up on me, lol...............

I received a call at my parents' house.  I returned the call, suspicious that it was a scam.

They informed me it was a negligent payday loan around $350 - I've never taken a payday loan in my life

I requested the name of the Law Firm - Morrison & Associates.  I also requested written notice of the "legal matters" and she tried to say they could not provide that for me.  It is your legal right to request a written notification of any legal charges, and when I began to explain that and demand a written notification, she hung up on me.

Here's hoping I don't have to deal with them again...

These guys have been using bogus phone numbers and names for many years.  They claim that I took out a payday loan with their client. They have been calling me for over a year now.  They have threatened me, my family, and co-workers.  I keep telling them to go ahead and file your paperwork so I call what in the hell they are talking about.  They refuse to send me anything..Just want my credit card number.  I tell them no and they tell me "f*** you" and "we will kill you and your family"....They are SCAMMERS.  I've reported them to the FBI, FTC, my atty general's office and local police department.  DONT PAY THEM!!!

These people from this # are SCAMMERS!!!! Don't give them any $$ over the phone.  I've done my homework & filed a claim on the FBI's e-scam alert page along with many others.  Think about it for a second, every state has their own litigation courts, so if you're "file" was in litigation do you really think your courthouse would call you to warn you they are taking you to court?  Nope, they would just serve you with paperwork at your home.  When they call, tell them they are calling a business and the phone call is being recorded, they will just hang up & leave you alone.

I feel your pain.  I've been getting there call's for over a year.  I tell them that they full of c*$p and they won't get a dime out of me.

i got a call tonight saying that i owed on a cash loan, that was a year old and that i would be taken to court if i did not pay the 359.00 to the client, i said to him that i never took out a cash loan , that i don't know what your talking about, and the guy refused to listen what i had to say, he is so rude. the name that he is using is robert cooper, but it sounds like some foreign guy that is using a fake name, DON'T PAY THESE PEOPLE A DIME, ITS A SCAM, thier trying to get money from people that have filled out online apps with all of their personal info and are using that info against you to try to get money from you. I thought i would let everybody know that comes onto this site to be warned that these people are scammers, good luck to everybody that has to deal with these a** holes.

I've started calling them back, so far I've called like 50 times. Most phone calls go to voice mail with the generic message but the lady answered twice now. She just says "Hello" Hello" and thats all. I say we all start calling them and fill up the voice-mail. Try calling morning noon and night like I've started doing. Sure this will not solve much but now I make it into a game. How many times can i call them in one day. 5-10-15-20 times.

I have been called for over 2 years and they won't stop calling or harassing me. I
