This number calls numerous times a day and night. Just says Georgia Call, never leave a message and hangs up when I answer - this is ridiculous!!! If you need me, talk to me or leave a message but stop calling every 10 to 15 minutes.

I have been getting phone calls from this number as well. They are looking for someone who does not even live at my house. I have tried and tried to answer when they call to let them know that they have the wrong number and I get hung up on. I finally looked the number up on the interet and found that it was Pinnacle Financial. I called the number on the website and yet again could get no answer from the numbers that they have listed. I left a message saying that if they did not resolve the issue of them calling me everyday, I would report them to the Better Buisness Bureau. I called the number one more time and decide when they gave the option to enter an extention I would just put in any number to see if I could get someone. I entered ext 3552 and was FINALLY able to get a hold of someone. I told the girl to please take my number off of the call list and I also told them all the complaints they have had and how it seems like they are a fraud company. We will see if they stop calling me!!

Calls without response when asking who is calling, call back and there is a recording.....

They keep calling and don`t leave a message. I will block this number.

Called wanting to talk to "Russell". There isn't any Russell at this number. I wish they would stop calling. If they don't, there isn't gonna be a "ME" at this number. I'm gonna change my number!!! This new cell phone number is a freaking nightmare! I get more calls for other people that I do for me. Hello... PRE-PAID phone folks. I don't want to pay to answer your calls any more. Get a life!

I get calls from this number all the time. They call and let it ring 1 time then hang up. I just happen to call them back 1 day. They told me that they've been trying to reach me for weeks. I told them about the phone calls from them and their excuse was that it was a computer glitch. That was over 2 months ago and they've still yet to correct the problem. What a unprofessional company!!!

Received this call on 12-12-11 at 3:53PM, CALLER ID showed up as UNKNOWN.

This is Pinnacle Financial Inc. looking for someone not at this number. I told the women I spoke to not to call here any longer and to remove my number off their list as my phone number is UNLISTED and is on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!! She said that they would remove my number, let's see if they do.....

I have just sent them a Certified Mail to stop calling. When I get the notice back and if they call I will start sending them a bill for $1,000.00 for each Telephone Harassment call, since they just hang up, and add 1.5% interest each month until they pay or I will advice all the credit reporting agencies they are not paying THEIR bills.

Here are some suggestions:  

1)  Do not pick up the telephone unless you are sure you know who is calling. and want to speak with them.  [My understanding is that even with a POA, Power of Attorney, a debt collector can continue to call you apparently within certain hours.]  

2)  You can disconnect the number and give every friend your new telephone number.

3)  You can get a telephone that has a DND (Do Not Disturb) and you will only see a call light up your caller ID screen--you will not hear the telephone ring.  Then, IF the person leaves a message, you can call them back if you want to.

The Caller ID says "Americus".  I called them back and the guy who answered said they were looking for someone who must have had my number well over a year ago.  I told them they were calling a faxline for a home office now.  They "said" they would remove my number.  We will see.  

Otherwise they will just continue to get a fax ringtone...

Called the co. today, talked to Sue Hollom superviser, told her to take my number out of system adn stop the call from this number 1-229-389-4060  They are listed as Pennical Financial Group.==not real

This number calls our office number and never says anything, not even when you ask
who's calling.  Sometimes a couple of times a day we get them and don't even know
for who or what they are calling.  I think I will put it on hold next time and maybe it will
tie their line up for awhile so they can't call anyone else.  Worth a try!

They are horrible - don't take no for an answer even when the company that put you in collections got paid, they never seem to update their records - I reported them twice already to BBB in New York and Georgia....They have 6 different #'s that they call from - FTC is next place I'm reporting them to.

I finally called these guys back.  It's Pinnacle Financial Group (www.pfgservices.com).  I have written them three Cease & Desist and debt verification letters because they call me at work constantly.  I've also filed complaints with my local Attorney General's Office as well as the Minnesota Attorney General's Office.  I have also filed complaints with the FTC.

The calls continue.  Does anyone have any idea how I can make them stop?

This number calls me at work a couple of times a day, but no one is ever there.
