Just wondering who is calling

The call is from United Healthcare saying its about important healthcare news. They have been calling me everyday! I think you get a recording after you enter a pin number. It's not my health insurance so I haven't followed through.

I called the number on the back of my United Health Care card and spoke to a representative - she said to disregard the call because:
a) If it was UHC, they would leave information on what the call was regarding - such as a nurse calling, or a billing issue, ect. - and that they would certainly leave more than a phone number and a PIN ...
b) The number was unfamiliar to her so she called it, and the fact that it didn't state you were calling United Health Care was even more suspect
c) She said my account had no notes on it that she would see them calling about, and that customer service had no notes on any phone solicitation initiatives
So don't call back and enter the PIN it leaves in the message - all you're telling them is yes, this is an active number and I'm exactly who you thought you might be reaching.
Call UHC yourself - their real numbers are easily found online and on the back of your insurance card.

keep calling don't have UHC..they need to stop calling..not saying anything , if voice mail picks up they stay on line until voice mail runs out of time
