How long have you worked there?

These people call me all the time.  They are VERY rude Indian people who insist this isn't a sales call.  I've asked them to send me an email so I can go over the details of the class action suit.  Nothing ever came (surprise).  Casey refers us to a website that is in New Jersey with a 201 number.  What makes him/her think that this is the same outfit?  This number is in the 239 area.  What makes him/her think it is a legitimate website?  

I have participated in class action suits before and this is not the way they are conducted typically.  These people say they want to come to your business to see you.  RIGHT!  Anyway, stay away because it really smells bad.

Called saying they have money to forward from settlement with credit card companies for overcharging on interlink charges. Just wanted to verify information (sounded like phishing) but kept repeating need to verify information. When caller actually told me the information he wanted to verify it was personal not the business information which would have been related to the credit card transactions. Hung up on caller and tried to redial number (which btw appears as unknown name on cid) got message "number is not in service at this time". Total b.s.

Casey really?  You must be kidding or you work for them.  Yeah, I am going to give these no name overseas yahoos personal information....Good God Man!  In this day and age of internet fraud, you must have just crawled out from under a rock.

We are a business and we've been getting these calls every day.  They are annoying in that they ask for the owner by her first name like they know her.  They will not leave a message, and one even hung up on me today.  The person I spoke to yesterday did mention a class action lawsuit with Visa and MasterCard, but no other details.  I asked if it were a sales call and they said NO.  Very aggrevating.

Give it to your owner or CEO - they are definitely a class action lawsuit company and there is a 7.3 billion dollar Visa/Mastercard class action lawsuit that you could be part of.  They have done some work for us when we had some aftermarket parts issues and found it was part of a lawsuit.  Don't miss out on an offer to retrieve some of the interchange fees back for card swipes because you think they are a scam.  Research what they are talking about first.

239-482-5702 has called our office five times today... each time, it's been a man or woman with an Indian accent, trying to contact the owners... they say they are from "Financial Recovery Services, LLC", and it's about a class action lawsuit against Visa & Mastercard, and that we would be eligible to retreive money from the lawsuit, if I gave them some information... I definitely did not do that!

Who knows what they're really up to, and why the Grisham family's phone number is involved.

Just searched the number in White Pages. This number does, in fact, belong to a family called the Grisham's. Whoever/whatever the company is that's calling is using this number as an alias. We get calls like that a lot, sometimes they even use a number from one of our other offices.

Caller ID said "Grisham, Judy," but the dude on the other end was definitely NOT a Ms. Judy Grisham (unless Judy is a man with an Indian accent). Asked to speak with the owner or manager of the business. Refused to identify himself or the company he was with.

We are an emergency clinic and we get these calls twice a day. They are incredibly disruptive to our business. I can't get hold of anyone to tell them to STOP these calls. We need the fcc to do something about this!
